At check out judía the cashier was extremely rude I asked a simple question and she humiliated me in front of others never going back there again

The store was very clean. When I was ready to check out, I was waited on immediately.

Everything was were it said it would be. All of the associates were professional.

Although you can't expect too much on the floor, I can always count on the Pro Desk Team.

Store was neat and everything was accessible . All employees seemed very helpful and friendly although I did not need their help I saw them helping the ones tha did...

good store but the home depot on 1232 west north ave is way better than this one

I go to this particular home depot because it's closest to my home. If I was willing to drive clear across Chicago I would go to the other home depot in Cicero which is by far my favorite. I'm pretty convinced that there are no associates that work in this store or that are willing to help. They must be playing hide and seek or something because I've walked all over the store to find associates and the only ones I can consistently find are at the front, talking amongst their coworkers, or they inform me(rather rudely) that they are on break/off the clock. I cannot even begin to describe how much I detest this store(not the whole of home depot, just this store), and how disappointed I am that Home Depot corporate hasn't taken a long hard look at how they train their associates. I'll continue to go here because it's the closest and if I ABSOLUTELY have to. However if I want the REAL Home Depot experience complete with friendly, willing to help associates....I'll take my business to the Cicero one.

Someone was able to help us as soon as we entered the store. The products were easy to find and very reasonably priced. I did price comparing before I entered the store, and Home Depot had the best price.

Friendly environment and marco then Ain't guy was amazing! He helped us use the monitor screen to make sure paint colors were what we were looking for. He helped us in selections of colors and shared bread pudding while waiting.

love my home depot i am so comfortable going to this store i am a senior citizen dont know too much on home improvement but when i come here and i explain what it is im trying to do i always find a rep that is eager and very knowledgable of many products. I love the fact that i have come to this store for many years and i get recognized by certain workers that are always willing to help me.

Store was easy to navigate and items weren't too hard to find. It was nice having an associate nearby to help and answer any questions I may have had. Some I found were knowledgeable in the section they were in and some, when confronted with something they didn't know, called on someone to help. I do wish that items were organized a bit better especially in the seasonal(gardening) section. I feel like items were places where they didn't make sense. But overall a great experience!

Greeted by first employee who was putting up a display. Approached several times as I wandered through the store by friendly employees offering to help find things. Store was clean and neat.

The Garden department was fully stocked withe the items that I needed for my spring planting.

The associates were very helpful and involved other workers to help if they did not know the solution.

I always purchase my Hinckley & Schmidt water at this location. The associates are always friendly and eager to help in any way

Very busy place and always has what I am looking for for personal household or for my business!

The associates are very helpful , need a little more knowledge about Venetian Plaster , but he was great , did his bast and thats what counts the most . I do like this store , fast shopping :) come take what needed and live . It counts , when you are working on a project and looking for something fest , just so you can live and go back to work . People there are nice , pleasant , and patient it do make you shopping much better a spatially Sunday morning shopping :) .
