My experience at the Home Depots stores have been very pleasing. Every employee is very friendly and helpful. The Home Depot stores are awesome they have everything we need.

I can easily find what I am looking for. I know from past experiences that if I need to ask for anything Home Depot Associates are very helpful. No bad experiences to report. Normally, just a display of willingness to keep the customer happy.

The service at this Home Depot was great! The staff were helpful with finding the materials we needed and the store was well organized

When I went to cash out, there were no cashiering stations open. Everyone was going through the self checkout. I found this unusual and somewhat unfriendly.

LENICE THE CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY HELPED ME WITH A QUICK CHECKOUT AND EVEN HELPED ME LOAD MY MERCHANDISE IN CAR WHEN THERE WAS NO LOADER IN SITE TO HELP!

I came to the store to buy Hinckley water jugs. Had to use the dreaded Self-Checkout machine. It became unresponsive & held my Cash refund. Thankfully, Brittney was running the show & she called over another cashier to force the machine to give me my CASH! Brittney was very pleasant & calm. I enjoy shopping @ the Depot but this is why I go out of my way to pay thru a live cashier. Lines and everything. Thank you.

The person that cerated my keys did a great efficient, fast job. He tested all the keys and made sure they worked.
