We bought appliances last Saturday from Home Depot in Arnold, and our customer service rep Matt was outstanding! He was very professional and actually knew so much about all of the appliances we looked at. He steered us in the right direction and helped us to pick out exactly what we needed. He made it super easy, and we really appreciated that! His customer service could not have been better, we were highly impressed with him! Thank you Matt!

Home Depot is still the best place to shop for a do-it-yourselfer. The team knows about everything, and the service is second-to-none. Especially the one in Arnold on Vogel. They might charge a little more than the direct shipping sites, but you don’t get the help and the advice and service you can get here.

Beware of the people who are working there. Their incompetence could get a person hurt there.

The home depot in arnold is my go too store very helpful and very Knowledgeable staff. Even though the king's highway location is only Five minutes away I prefer to drive to this location. The home depot in south city is the worst place ever.

We normally shop at a different Home Depot, closer to our home, but this store is better. Cleaner, better stocked, friendly and helpful staff. It was a refreshing experience, and we will probably stop here again.

As a not to savvy (sorry ladies) older woman when it comes to hardware/repair stuff, I always count on the workers at Home Depot to help me out with any questions. They never fail to direct me and help me with what I need to buy and how to use it. Even the young man at the self check out yesterday was so very nice, helpful and courteous.

When I'm at the Arnold Home Depot I can always ask an employee any questions I have and feel confident they will get me an acurate answer.

Excellent help from paint department, faucets, kitchen counters I had redone, and returns. Also a manager really went the extra mile to research a product I saw on display. This kind of help is why I return often and before I look elsewhere.

I purchased two toilets chair height. Personnel were friendly, professional and gave me much information of why it was good buy.

Asked about having basement floor measured for flooring and install. Gentleman came out on Saturday measured and discussed items needing attention. I went in on Monday and reviewed quote with Phil and signed up for the new flooring and install using the 18 month plan for purchase.

This review is in regards to Mason (female) that works in Doors & Windows at the Arnold, MO location. She was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. She genuinely made sure that we were happy with our purchase. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came time for me to pick out a new door handle and deadbolt to use with our new front door. She was very polite and her customer service skills are top notch! This world needs more employees like Mason!

Associates lied to me on the phone conversation. The manager in charge tried to cover up for them. Please call me for a complete conversation.

This store has been serving my needs for years. They treat me with repect, even in the company of a man. I've been ignored so many times when shopping home improvement and tools. My son used to tell them "You might wanna talk to her, she has the money" ,then walk away. This store is full of knowledgeable and courteous people, who will take the time to answer questions...

Employees are always helpful and courteous

This is not a review of any particular product, it is a review of the staff at the Arnold Home Depot. Last week I went in to get some cleaning products and paint. The staff at the store were amazing helpful and friendly. Completely made my day. Thank you staff at Home Depot.

Process was very simple. Paid a small fee for in home measurement. Quote emailed next day. Fee was applied to flooring purchase. Was able to pay balance via internet.

Cashier Diane (#5) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've had to get a board 'of some type' that is lightweight, 'so high' and easy for me to carry and fit in my car. Being in rescue I sometimes just need something out of the ordinary to contain a senior cat who is arthritic or blind; Rolland has been there to help me the last three times I've had to get something; always smiling, cuts it to size for carrying and fitting in my car as well. All the folks at Home Depot are helpful(well except those few in any store), and friendly, but I really appreciate those that step out of the way to give this senior gal a helping hand.

Diane 5 was my cashier and she was courteous, informative and had a great sense of humor. She’s an asset to the Home Depot family.

I have bought my kitchen cabinets and flooring from them. Prices were great and I liked how they showed the kitchen cabinets and tweeked them while we are sitting there. Prices were lower than another quote I got elsewhere and communication was better.

We are always rebuilding, refinishing, or remodeling something around the house and this is our first place to go to.

We have gone to this store for a lot of remodeling needs and after COVID I expected poor customer service, but I was please surprised that the customer service has always been great and helpful. The employees were more knowledgeable than I honestly expected. Will go back.
