I have rental units and do all most work myself and st home. I have a commercial account at Home Depot and use it often. I like the 5% discount, it keeps prices better than anywhere else on most things. I know where things are and can usually get in and out quickly, kind of like your favorite grocery store. The store associates are always ready to help and all seem to know where specific items can be found. And it's one stop for pretty much anything you could possibly need for the home, including appliances. I like Home Depot!

I had to order some levolor blinds and the associate helped me when the in store price was higher than the online price. He was knowledgeable and personable which I have come to appreciate in the retail shopping world today. Thank you to Joshua for his great assistance and professional demeanor!

I went into to Home Depot to purchase a new refrigerator. I was greeted by Walter. He then walked me through every step of the way. From picking out & purchasing & setting up home delivery & purchasing the Home Depot warranty. He gets 10 out of 10 in my book.

Great selection and in-stock (warehouse) availability of the newly on-sale washers and dryers. Ken Roberts was extremely helpful in finding just the right fit for what could be a tough placement of the appliance and connections. Thanks!

The store was extremely busy so I ask if I could leave my list with the service desk to give to associate in the doors department and then the associate could call me and John agreed. A short time later I received a call from Zach in doors, he went over the list and ask how else he could assist me, was I wanting prices pending an order or was I ready to move forward. I ask him to get it entered into the computer and confirmed he would be there the next morning. The following morning I drove back from Hillsboro to Arnold to go over details, place my order and pay for the merchandise. Zach sat down with me, went over what I had requested and made suggestions on paint and other items and I called my son Steve to verify and confirm. Zach advised it was all in stock, (GREAT) and ask what day would be best FOR ME, and then verified morning or afternoon. My son ask for Friday 11/13 morning for delivery because he is off and is handling everything regarding delivery and install. Zach made it easy for me to go over things on the list, my son had looked up items online with me and we had wrote down some of the #'s and measurements. I love all of the Home Depot Stores, I have visited every one of them in the St Louis metro area and also Poplar Bluff, and I have always loved the Arnold Store, Quality employees like Ken and Walt in appliances, Kaylyn, John, Dave at service desk, Brendan who greeted me at the door and offered assistance and now Zach in the doors along with his manager who introduced herself, I was WOWED! Shopping at Lowe's was not an option or any of your other competitors, I am a Home Depot fan, always have been, always will be not just because you have a big selection, good prices and nice clean stores that make it easy to shop but because of the quality employees who are knowledgeable, customer oriented and readily available to assist me. Zach gets a perfect 10! I came back in on Sunday, I failed to order the shutters for the front of the house, I called him and told him what I wanted, he entered the order in the computer and was ready and waiting when I returned again after spending the night in Hillsboro and after he confirmed details and went over the order, I was able to pay for these items and proceed with my day. He advised that the shutters may not be delivered with the other items because it didn't look like they would be available until the next week but IF they came in before that, he would personally see that they were sent out with the doors, paint and trim delivery. I loved his attention to details! I was in your Arnold store Friday leaving sheet with order, Saturday placing order and paying for merchandise and again Sunday to order the shutters, Zach waited on me 2 out of 3 days and he actually called me Friday after receiving my order I left with John. That is 3 days of great service from this young man.

If you are going to look at appliances I would recommend you to ask for an older guy name Walter he was a wanderful guy to work with there in helping me pick out a washer

Went to check out appliances and was greeted as soon as walking through the door. The store was clean and easy to find what I was looking for. I had a very knowledgeable store associate who helped answer all my questions and concerns. He was 87 years old and knew the appliances better than anyone I know. Gave us very good advice. I have always had very good experience at this Home Depot store. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone looking for new appliances.

We are fortunate to be able to select from several home improvement/hardware stores. Home Depot stands out to me as the most friendly and knowledgeable. The customer is always first, while the others do not even come close in this area. Oftentimes, they are combative and disrespectful of the customer. I have had a long relationship with Home Depot and have never been disappointed.

Recently needed to replace 2 garage door openers. I was able to research openers on the Home Depot website and compare prices with two other companies quotes. I found the Home Depot's prices nearly $200.00 cheaper including installation. I worked with Scott in Millworks who setup the installation request. On a personal note, Scott knew the location of the old openers as he was familiar with the peculiar way the Overhead Door units had been installed, in 1988, as a result of the noise they made when installed using normal angle iron. They had been installed using 3/4" braided rope. I purchased the units and within 2 hours I received a call from the installer who scheduled the install 2 days later. Overall a great experience and again Scott, worked with him on a previous project, knew his job and was very efficient.

We've been shopping Home Depot for years, as we have a couple of rental houses we maintain ourselves (my Wife & I). It's rare we don't find what we need, competitive prices, usually easy to find everything. This trip, we went in looking for a microwave/range hood. We left with the entire matching kitchen appliance set up! Sales associate Walter sized up our situation and was able to recommend a combination of sale and display appliances that were matching colors and great prices. We'll be back, as usual!

Been in many HDs over the years, but this one by far is the nicest one to shop in.

Went to buy a garbage disposal. Was helped by associate taking me to the product. The associate helped me decide on which one to decide.

My wife & I went looking for tile for a backsplash to complete a kitchen remodel. Our flooring / tile associate , was very product knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in getting us all of the items we needed to perform and complete the install of our backsplash tile. I would consult with him again for all of our flooring needs in the future. Great job guys!!!

The associates were helpful and kind, and listenining to the manager address goals for the day and enthusiasm of the staff was nice to witness. You can tell that they all take pride in what they do and it shows because they do a fantastic job.

I was directed to the isle where my purchase was located; it took me past some paint on sale. I always need paint, so I purchased some.

I like shopping at the Arnold store better than any other Home Depot. I always can find what I want and the associates are helpful. Recently I had a minor problem when an associate on the floor tried to order an item for me that was not in the store. Somehow he ordered more than one item - he accidentally ordered three. I only needed one. The problem was referred to Sabrina in customer service and she made every effort to resolve it. It involved several phone calls and a lot of effort. I consider her this Home Depots most outstanding employee.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Clean well organized store.
