A small and understaffed store. I was hobbling around in a leg cast trying to find a specific type of dimmer. Two associates tried but couldn't find it while I was hobbling around following them. When to Customer Service to order one online and the associate there knew what it was and where it was. Dhyan took me right to it. She was fantastic to work with. Funny, friendly and smart. I hope she gets a raise.

First of all, thank you for the Veterans discount! Secondly, I want to give a big shout out of thanks to store assistant manager Dhyan, store associates Mike and William. All were extremely patient, helpful, cheerful and more than willing to assist me in helping locating parts for my bathroom over hall!

I frequent this Home Depot at least weekly. While a little smaller than the average Home Depot, the store is usually well stocked and the staff has always been exceptionally helpful.

Coming from Mcelan, VA specifically Merryfield Home Depot, I am so excited about this one! What a complete difference with personnel....competent, helpful, thorough and can we say NICE?? They tend to always have a smile and great personality but more importantly just love the knowledge that exists with the staff. I have been here so many times without dreading the visit anymore... THEY ARE AWESOME!

Stopped by the store on a whim to find a product for our backyard - found multiple product formats, and with the associate's help located an affordable size of the product. The store was busy, but the associates were courteous and focused on my questionss

Found everything I needed for a paint job with no trouble. Checked out with Cecilia who was very friendly and professional.

The Sales Associate in the Garden Dept was exception. She answered my questions and sought help from others for points she didn't know. She took the time to provide suggestions and ideas for my paver project. She also volunteered along w/ other sales associates to load my car w/ all 96 pavers. Couldn't ask for better ask for better service.

Buying in Home Depot is really an enjoyable experience . We find the products we look for and Associates are always helpful in finding a suitable product when we have a question . The product availability sometimes betters our options . Home Depot is a Prize to the US .

I do not not live in the Ashburn area ,however visit frequently.I always am doing projects for my daughter and always visit the Ashburn Home Depot for my needs.They always have what I require and have the friendliest staff of associates.Whenever I go there, I like to check out with Singh,a very kind person who has a great attitude and greets you always with a smile and shows a respect not often found.A true gentleman.Also Manju ,who assisted me with a billing issue.She asked what was the problem,personally took me to the returns station and took care of the issue.All of the time with a smile and showing a high sense of pride and professionlism in performin her duties.The politeness demonstrated by both of these employees is well above reproach.It is rare in these days that you find these type of employees.I would like to commend both of these employees for a conatant job well done.I will continue to use and recommend this store to others

After loading 20 bags of mulch myself the night before, I was delighted to find the "Express Lane" (the next day) for mulch pick up. Home Depot Associates John & Claire loaded my car with 15 more bags and saved my back! Way to go!

We went in search of a wheel barrow, and were directed to an associate who was immediately able to assist us. He even took the wheel barrow to the check out for us. Overall, very helpful.

Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend this Home Depot to others!

Able to find what we needed quickly, check out quickly

We shopped on a day when seemingly everyone else decided to shop at Home Depot. The store (inside and outside) was crowded but the cashiers in the garden center kept the lines moving very efficiently. We had a very large order (3 carts) and yet, the cashier (Dorothy) was extremely pleasant and friendly - and checked us out with such great efficiency. We also received great support loading everything on our truck from another store associate (Jim).

I had a list of things I needed and I had no clue where to find them. The Home Depot employee, Faisal, offered to help me without me having to ask. He knew where everything on my list was. He also helped me at the self checkout. I know I can return to this Home Depot and not be overwhelmed by the task. Thanks so much for helping me, Faisal!

Parts were well sorted and easy to find. since each home depot store is arranged different sometimes it takes time to reach the correct isle to find item

The store was well maintained. I was particularly impressed with John from lawn & garden department. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me in picking the right products for my lawn.

Staff did a great job of organizing and moving the sale of mulch to the customers' waiting vehicles. Best job I have ever seen them do in past ten years. Well done!

Normally, I have no problem entering this store but the other day I had trouble getting someone to cut my wood and check out. Once I started to check out the cashier didn't speak english.
