The store was clean and the employees were polite and helpful.

Excellent customer service every time I have visited this location. The products are displayed in a neat manner and easily accessible. There are always knowledgeable employees who are willing to help and assist as needed to locate a item. .

Decent selections but customer service in the garden center is a hit or miss. Had Frank a couple of times during check out and he was always extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Try to avoid the garden center registers if you can.

Great store, friendly helpful associates. Store manager puts the customer in customer service. Store is a tad bit small and HD would do well to expand its floor space. When putting out promotional items, the main aisle gets crowded and at some times impassable. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

The store was clean, specially restrooms. The staff were nice , friendly and warmly helpful. I enjoyed shopping in this store.

Third world appearance and ability to maneuver. Section employees lack knowledge and friendly attitude.

I would shop here again, they handled my order over the telephone quickly and made good suggestions and scheduled the service in under 24 hours.

The Ashburn store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The store is easy to shop and is laid out logically. I was surprise by the pricing on the molding. In the store it was stated that it is sold by the foot, but at the register they charge by the inch.Crazy I paid for 2" over 8'. It's not the cost, its the principle. Will they take a return back by the inch? I will find out. Love this store, love the selection. It is very easy to shop. I even refer to it as my Home Depot.

Home Depot is one of my favorites stores. I love the layout of the store. It is easy to find all the items I need for my variety of projects. Best of all, they almost always have someone available to answer questions who has ACTUALLY used or done the same work I intend on completing. This allows them to give honest answers and great suggestions to get it DONE and DONE right.

Associates are neither helpful nor friendly. Customer service experience is very poor.

Excellent and in the right place

John was very helpful in choosing the correct leaf blower to use for cleaning out my garage and front porch. I am a female senior and appreciated him carrying the blower to cashier and then proceeded to get me a shopping cart too.

I don`t normally leave reviews but this experience merits this review...My spouse and I came in to look at a replacement Natural Gas Grill. We had the privilege of being assisted by Ron who came over from the garden center. Ron was very patient, friendly, professional, Ron had in depth knowledge on all the product and services we disused it has been a very long time since we have encountered a person at any retailer with the level of service Ron provided. We will be purchasing the Weber Genesis Grill

After checking out and left the, i stood in front of the door to grab some wipes to wipe off the dirt on the bow of the plant and while I was doing that, someone walked up to me from outside to ask “if I had paid for the plant” I asked him what kind of question that was and he kept asking if I had paid for it and began to ask for my receipt. He continued to walk inside the store pointing at us; to ask the associate at the customer service and returns if we had paid. This happened cos we’re BLACK Some white Man passed by while all this was going on and none of the associates asked him for a receipt! Mind u, I live 5 minutes away from this store and come here very often but no one had ever asked me for a receipt after checking. The associates who did this was white and his name which I later found out is Chris. The guy who claimed to be the mgr in charge at no point apologized for what had happened!

I visit this store regularly and usually have a good experience! Although it may be harder to find help from time to time, things are usually in stock and front staff are helpful.

Exceptional staff, from top down, this location is by far the most attentive and nicest people always available to help you, no going up and down aisles trying to find help and when yo do they're always ready and willing to help. Great shopping experience, please keep up the good work.

I usually shop at Reston Home Depot branch, but lately made several purchases at Ashburn store. I love this store! Friendly people and great place to buy everything for home.

I love Home Depot stores! Ashburn store one of my vavorite. Very organized, employees can always help very professionally. You can find everything what you need for your home!

While looking for an item, we spoke to four different sales associates. The answers they gave us in response to finding our item were vague and pretty much made it clear they did not really want to bother. Another associate gave us incorrect information on the location of the item because he did not listen to my description of the product I was searching even though the website states it is clearly in the store. We were also ignored while trying to return an item and just eventually decided eating the cost of the item was better than wasting our time in a line where no associate cared to acknowledge customers. With other locations nearby, I would definitely choose a different store.

Two merchants standout as being the "Best", Home Depot and Chic-Fil-A. Both have knowledgeable, polite, and customer centric empliyees, all employees.
