This is the worse home depot to shop in. No one wants to help you. You have to walk the store before finding an employee. There is never any kind of management to find in the store. Employees don't know where they are when they try to find them. We will never shop in this store again!!! We will take our business elsewhere.

The store was clean and organized and help was available. Prices were competitive.

All of the employees are welcoming and friendly and do their best to help you find what you need to complete a project. A young man named Josh is exceptionally knowledgeable.

The garden shop is EXCELLENT!! And when we used to locator app to find our items, they were exactly where it said they would be. And the selection of items for landscape was OUTSTANDING!! I will be back, and often!

Even though this store is a long way across town from me, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am a kind of Do-it-yourselfer, but not very knowledgeable. But I try to replace my own washers in my sinks, replace showerheads, and other little things around the house instead of paying outrageous costs to plumbers and others. I'm always looking for nuts or bolts, outdoor nails to repair stairs and many small projects around my aging mobile home. I think the employees here are the most friendly as I have never had so many employees come up to me and offer to help me look for something and give me tips and ideas on what would be best for whatever project. At other places, I always have to hunt for an employee, or go searching for items myself. I was very impressed the last few times I have been to this store.

This store is well set-up, and items are easy to find. There is always an orange apron within reach, and I have never been treated poorly here when asking directions, or even advice. Today I went in with a pretty extensive order for delivery; the project-desk manager helped me organize it quickly, finding the missing item-numbers easily. He was pleasant, but primarily efficient. I left feeling my time had value to somebody besides myself.

I always stop at this store when in Asheville have things I can't always get where I live. I do like the ridgid products found the tile saw I went to get an hours drive. wa able to get assistance over phone before driving there. store very clean. associate very helpful

WE REALLY LIKE THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR STAFF. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE FAMILY. DURING THE FALL SEASON I GUESS YOU ARE LIMITING THE INVENTORY THE LAWN MOWING EQUIPMENT. I WAS HOPING THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A LARGER SELECTION ON THE RIDING MOWERS. I GOT A GOOD ONE TO REPLACE THE ARIENS 46" 20 HP. RIDING MOWER THAT I BOUGHT IN 2011. THE ENGINE LOCKED UP ON IT AND IT WASN'T REALLY WORTH PUTTING NEW ENGINE ON IT. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU ARE DOING FOR THE COMMUNITY. THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING ONE OF THE GREAT STORES IN ASHEVILLE.

The people that have been there for years are excellant, the new younger hired personal needs to develope people skills. when i go in for a purchase i go to the people that will help with whatever i need otherwise i have to deal with with people that makes me feel like i am taking time from them when i am the one purchasing to do a job with time restraints

We enjoyed our most recent visit to the Asheville Home Depot store. The staff in the several departments we visited were very helpful, going out of their way to fulfill our request and answer our questions. I found an exceptional arrangement of succulent plants for a very fair price. Check out was even pleasant with the helpful and friendly staff, thanks Angie.

The staff are friendly and always try to help. During garden season they need more help in lawn and garden. The people working IN LAWN AND GARDEN are happy to help and cheerful but they seem short of help often during the busy planting season.

This big box hardware retailer stays in stock with enough items to finish our jobs. The variety and choices of stock are excellent. If one needs something not in the store, a store associate will help you find the items and have them shipped. The paint techs always have good advice. Our old porch floor looks so much better with the Deck Over paint. Associates throughout the store are friendly and recognize our dog!

The store was clean and had everything we were looking for. The staff was so helpful and kind. Very professional. We will be going back.

I recently had the best experience at this HD. I live out of town and needed to have a broken toilet replaced in my 95 yr old father's house. I did not know who to call to have the toilet installed but I knew I could buy a toilet at HD. I called HD, Justin, who I think works in customer service came to my rescue, took my order over the phone and arranged to have the toilet installed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. The installation was done by a company HD contracts to do the work. Don't remember their name but the installer was Dillion. He picked up the toilet at HD, took it to the house and realized it had the wrong rough in size. He called me, took the toilet back to HD. In the meantime I called HD to purchase the correct toilet. They already knew about the problem, helped me make sure they had the right toilet in stock, and gave Dillion the new toilet. BTW Dillion went online while at my father's house and told me what toilets were the right size. With new toilet in hand, Dillion went back and installed it and did a good job. The folks at HD put a credit on my card for the difference in price and emailed the receiipt to me all without me having to talk to anybody. I could not be happier with the customer service I received at this HD. Absolutely everyone I dealt with/talked to was friendly and helpful. The employees seemed to genuinely care about their customer. Thanks HD for a very good experience and thanks to the installer too. I certainly recommend doing business with this Home Depot.

Store was awesome and clerk was too; however, the card reader at checkout would not accept my email for receipt. Just a technology problem. Not a human problem. Clerk apologized but it wasn’t her fault.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS WELL STOCKED WITH EVERYTHING i NEED TO MAKE MY LIFE EASIER. THE ENVIRONMENT IS ALWAYS WARM AND FRIENDLY.
