Very helpful customer services

Sheryl was our cashier, and she was super friendly, super helpful, and super informative. She called another employee, a young man -I'm sorry I don't recall his name- was so polite, and helpful. Helped my friend and I load 4 air conditioners, and even loaded up our cars separately. Very impressed with all the help we received during this visit.

The store was clean employees were friendly and products were cheaper than most other places!

Home Depot has what I need 99% of the time. Online shopping is also great. Self check-out is very convenient. Assistance is never hard to find either.

If you live outside of Ashland do not shop at this store, especially if you have a simple but many parts custom order project like installing rain gutters. You will have to go back too many times to make it worthwhile.

We remodled our bathroom and was at Home Depot at least 4 times that week and each time we were able to find what we needed. There was always someone there to help.

Found the item I needed in this visit quickly, checked out efficiently by Meshey. Definitely will shop at Home Depot again and strongly agree Meshey was friendly.

Its hit skip with this store if you are there during the day hours its mostly good.At night its mostly bad.New management is needed i think to make all employees treat customers the same.Its not like it use to be years back.Product like is fine it just comes down to the customer service.

The store generally has a good selection of products that you are welcome to find yourself. Once you've made your choice you can quickly and easily use the self checkout so that the clerk assigned to the checkout won't even have to look up from her phone while you complete your purchase

This location is a shining example of customer service excellence. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable to name a few. My experiences shopping here have been very positive.

The store was neat and organized with very friendly and helpful staff.

We went in to get a humidifier, there weren’t any big enough for what we needed in the store. Roger took us over to the computer and pulled them up online and reviewed each one. He helped us determine the best one to suit our needs. He then walked up front with us and ordered it for us. He was very informative and very kind to help us. Thanks!!

I really like shopping at this store. They always have what I need and explain to me how to use their products.

I have had good or above service 99% of the time I shop in Ashland. One of my 2 Favorite stores.

Much stock not available and store is not organized, Much product not put on shelves, some trip hazards when we visited.

The store is not very friendly to customers. Stuff is all over the aisles and debris on floors a hazard

Plumbing stock is getting smaller and smaller and hard to find items in this store

Always helpful and pleasant. Knowledgeable people working their departments. Easy shopping trip.
