This store is not well managed in my opinion. I find it to be not well ordered and staff is generally disinterested in providing Customer Service. Perhaps a change in leadership is warranted. It has not always been like this.

Be aware that it is very possible that if you purchase a dryer from Home Depot the delivery person(s) will NOT hook the new flex vent hose to the dryer leaving the Customer to figure it out on their own!!

If you don’t have nothing to do and want to waste a day trying to shop there-go for it. If you want to buy anything- prepare yourself with few hours. Family with toddler spend 3h from stepping in, deciding on which grill to buy in 5 mins and waiting 2.55h to take it out of the store and load with help of strangers since is nowhere to find a Home Depot workers to help you .

After being called dumb I was accused of digging up and old propane tank.

I was in a hurry to get what I needed and I knew going thru self check would be a challenge so close to closing but Anthony offered to check me out from his department. I was in and out in minutes, Thank you Anthony!

I was looking for 4 kitchen base units and was very happy with the options available. I did need help with: how to read the cabinet labels, information on staining and the shipping options. I settled on the new click system for assembling the cabinets and was VERY happy to see such a clever way to assemble them that would work for almost anybody - including me (senior citizen)! Staff were very helpful and I was very happy with my purchase

The HD Aspen Hill, ND location continually provides outstanding customer service.

I live in Silver Spring and there is a closer Home Depot but it falls so much lower in every area! From the employees concerning knowledge of the products to availability to assist customers! Aspen Hill employees are some professional and knowledgeable and friendly! My store!!

Fantastic store Super clean extremely clean Wonderful staff

We brought the GE model of Range/Oven that fits in the space we have and it looks very close to the old model. Happy also that the cost was also on sale to help the 'budget'!

Have bought a new double oven, dishwasher and refrigerator all in the past three months. All were over 20 years old. Very happy will return again.

The employee Clarissa works at Home Depot ( aspin hill ) Maryland on work shop day for kids every first Saturday of the month is too mean, rude, unprofessional employee.

I simply enjoy going to Home Depot. I like it even more when I know exactly what I want and where it's located, but I enjoy roaming the aisles and looking at the products. It's that enjoyment that keeps me coming back. If they went back to cashiers checking me out, I would have rated them excellent.

There used to be knowledgeable folks in every department who knew the products. Now it's hard to find someone who knows where the plumbing grease went, even after you show the picture in the Home Depot app.

My experience as a contractor ording doors and appliances was the best I’ve had. Love to work with these’ two specialist.

Very rude employee's they don’t respect costumer or answer your questions

I came looking for an item that said it was in stock, could not find that item so I was able to get a similar item for the same price. I like the fact that this home Depot owned up to a small issue on there end and we're able to help me get the item. Customer service all the way from the employees to the manager was A1. Keep up the good work.

I’m not sure how it’s possible that SO many employees know so LITTLE. I had one - just one - basic question (how do you hang something on concrete/brick) and NONE of the 7 employees I asked had a clue. I was sent to…flooring(??); lumber (??); hardware and s everal other locations. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. I finally went into chapgot which provided the answer. All I ask is that SOMEONE - anyone - know more than me so that I can get he job done. Their hiring and training is abysmal. Zero stars.

Home Depot is our place to go when things are need, from laundry detergent to kitchen appliances.

I like this store because of the convenient parking, friendly staff and reliable stock.

We wanted to buy a dryer. My wife wanted to see the dryer, so we went to one of my favorite places to walk around and window shop. Home Depot! Eventually, we were able to buy a dryer. Is there someone in Home Depot taking care to make sure that associates are in the area to help customers? And, now that I'm doing my own checking out most of the time (I prefer they do it, but I recognize that self checkout may be here to stay.), I thought there would be more people available to help with the products that I cannot check out myself. I left thinking I worked harder than I should have to spend my money.

I get to Home Depot quite often and the experience has always been a good one. I have never gone there to get something and they didn't have that on the shelf. I am able to get the military discount and that is a big plus for me. GO ARMY
