THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND ALL EMPLOYEES WERE ALL FRENDLY AND POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL!!!

ON A PRIOR VISIT I HAD CONTACT WITH A CLERK NAMED STANLEY BARKOWSKI. TOTALLY HELPFUL AND SHOWED PRIDE BEING A MEMBER OF THE HD CREW WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND WORK ETHIC THAT IS AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW. ON THIS VISIT HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT GOT NECESSARY ASSISTANCE.

Auburn people go above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis .

I’m only recommending the store because of people like Patty and Mike who work here. The people at the pro desk are absolutely awful and will not help you because they’re lazy and don’t want to do their job. If you need help go to customer service since see Patty.

Just bought a house and wanted to fence in the back yard, Lisa from customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful!

THE REVIEW IS MORE ABOUT THE SALES PERSON THAN THE STORE - IN REALITY I DID NOT HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER MY SITUATION WHEN DONNA WAS NOT AROUND [SHE WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY]. DONNA WAS SIMPLY SUPERB, KEEPING HER CALMNESS THROUGH MY ENTIRE BLINDS SELECTION PROCESS. SHE SPENT A GOOD CHUNK OF TIME WITH ME. SHE IS DEFINITELY AS ASSET TO YOUR STORE

The sales people are kind and respectful, they are truly interested in assisting you with answers to your silly questions, to getting you to the correct area of the store, to assisting you until you have everything in hand prior to going to cash out.

I would like to know why there has been no drawings for the year of 2018. Is this a waste of time.

The store personnel are great to work with. Biggest complaint is having product in the main front aisle making it hard to move through the store. They shouldn't have product especially where all the lumber is stored.

I have been doing business at the Auburn Home Depot since it opened. For the most part people are friendly and knowledgeable and well informed about their products. BUT beware of the salesperson with the short hair in the Shade/Kitchen Isle. She has been there so long she doesn’t think about the average customer. Right In the middle of my conversation her about the shades I wanted, a customer with a 3-piece suit walked into her area, and she just walked away from me and asked the customer, “Can I help you Sir?” Very Rude, It was a while before I went back to Home Depot in Auburn.

Great professional and friendly staff ,good merchandise selection ,neat and clean . Found my product easily .

This store is always well organized and the help is always willing to help the customer. Not like Oxford where I will not shop again

I am always very happy going to the Auburn Home Depot store except for our last visit to get some paint. The kid mixing the paint had the personality of a dead fish, very rude. All my other visits I find the employees friendly, eager to help, and knowledgeable.

Great place to shop. People who work there are very helpful and courteous.

My Fiance and I are redoing our bath and kitchen we have been to this location many times throughout this process. We ordered our cabinets etc. When we went in on 12/14/17 we needed help getting the counter top a nice young man came over and asked. I guess he couldn't do that so he asked a women as they were walking in front of us I heard her say "too bad they will have to wait" then he went to find a young man working in kitchens he walked by us and said "I don't have time for them!" Luckily a man came over about 5 mins later and asked us if we needed help. His name was Harry he has ALWAYS asked us and helped us with anything Everytime we go in. If it wasn't for Harry we wouldn't return to this location.

Donna (Service Desk) really knows how to take care of customers. Two folks at the service desk... (young male) and Donna... The gentleman couldn't so much as look up but Donna welcomed me to be helped. Not only did she handle things quickly, but she didn't stop smiling and interacting during the entire transaction. She's got great energy! The perfect employee for a customer facing position. This store is always staffed well, stocked well and knows how to treat customers .
