Excellent product, not advertised though because it is their cheaper model. Dbh 50. The 800 Dbh 42, third rack, and Smart. Couldn’t justify the extra $600. Some people just like a good ol simple dishwasher that does the job and doesn’t cost over $1000. Ty

Very pleased in the selection of our new washer. Salesperson Enoch was very helpful and finding a washer that fits our needs and the space where it was to be placed.

I bought a refrigerator there for a party I was throwing for my daughters' graduation. It was guaranteed to be delivered on Friday the 16th. The party was on the 17th. On Friday I was told it would be delivered on the 17. On the 17th I was told it would be delivered on the 20th. As bad as this has been for me, I'm not surprised. Home Depot continues to be the worse shopping experience I have ever had to put up with. I'm burning my Home Depot card, so I never make this mistake again.

Fred was excellent. From my first call, to purchasing the product, to even helping me load my truck.

Picked up shelves I purchased online and shopped in nursery. Terrible service, no offers to help, and no knowledgeable staff.

Because the staff offered help, it turned an hour trip to the store into 20 mins. I’m training myself now to seek them out on future visits to save time and keep frustration level low. :) Love the extensive garden area. An added bonus to the Auburn store is the food truck by the main exit door.

Michael was the employee in Auburn that helped me with my return and directed me to the product I was looking for.

People are nice and kind when I have questions and I always get an answer .

Recently had a great shopping experience at this Home Depot location in Auburn. We needed some redwood 2x2 to complete a trellis for our privacy fence. The gentleman in lumber helped pick out and then offered to cut the 8' sticks down to the length we needed. It was perfect and saved us a ton of time with our task. I have to say that pretty much every sales associate we've come in contact with has been friendly and helpful at this HD.

You don't carry many types of items like a 3 way floodlight. Out of stock on seasonal outdoor furniture. No help in loading my heavy items. You need more help.

On my last visit,I saw some patio chairs and cushions that were perfect. The chairs were stacked one upon the other, and there was no price visible. After several employees walked by without making eye contact I stopped one and ask if he could do a price check. He complied and I told him I’d like to get a couple of chairs and ask if he could take them off the stack for me as I am a little older and have back problems. He did so without complaint. I quickly realized then that I needed a cart to get the chairs both to the checkout area and then to my car I asked him where I could get such a cart. He pointed me to the other end of the store. I Got a cart and rolled it back To the patio furniture area. By then the chairs had been restacked. I managed to get the chairs off the stack myself this time, and put them on the cart. As I walked through the store, the chairs fell off. I struggled to get them Off the floor and back onto the cart myself. At the checkout counter, I asked if I could get assistance loading the chairs into my car. The Associate told me to wait in the loading area and pointed through the window. As I rolled the cart out the door, it hit the bumpy area and the chairs fell off the cart again I looked around for an employee to help, but there were none in sight . A customer leaving the store, put them back on for me. That was really nice of him. I stood waiting at the loading area for a very long time. I wondered if anyone knew I was there. There were no employees anywhere around. I tried calling the store on my phone as I waited . That was unproductive, because the automated system, couldn’t understand what I wanted. Finally, I spotted an employee, and asked how I could get someone to help me. Apparently, I’m not supposed to ask these questions because she was very rude in response. She walked back in the store after throwing her hands in the air. After several more minutes, an employee finally approached me asking if I needed assistance. He took the cart and walked with me to my car and loaded them.. He was friendly, caring, and truly helpful. Thank you, Matt. He was the only employee that seemed interested in providing customer service.

Everyone is busy stocking shelves and if you can find someone they are very friendly but the trick is to find someone that can help.

Store is always clean and organized.

This is the second time that I have tried to give Home Depot my business. The first time was such a fiasco, purchasing a refrigerator that went out after three months and was told that I had to contact the manufacturer, even though I had taken out the warranty! That went on for at least a month. Now this time I purchase a dishwasher and the gentleman ringing us up good not find the right price so he calls the manager which never came so he gives us the price tag and tell us go to front of the store again after probably 20 minutes they were able to get somebody there offer a surprise it just seems that it’s always a hassle at this store

Bethany in customer service is a top notch sales representative. She is freindly, patient, Customer service rep, "B (for short)" was professional and helped with all questions & concern. There were problems with several online orders, but she fixed them all!! She makes HD feel like a small town local store who appreciates the community and customers!! Could not have been happier with her service and all that she does for HD customers!!

Thank you for providing special parking space for veterans and offering a discount for verterans!

Great store to shop at

Employee Khristina Onorato went beyond being helpful with her expertise in product information, time and customer service.

I am always happy to go to Auburn HD, it seems though this store is always the busiest store in Auburn, I have gone there at least 50 times at all open hours since I moved to Grass Valley and it is rare to see the parking lot less than half full, it is usually very busy. A busy store has a tendency to have limited stock on specific items if you are not the first one in the door, on my last purchase of plumbing products I had to purchase the last one of an item and this was at 930am. My point is that there might need to be a person who should be reviewing available quantities and other than that this store would get a 5th star rating.

Khristina in Kitchen Appliances is a gem! She spent hours with me, helping me find the right appliances for my kitchen remodel. Then she made sure I was able to get all the available discounts. She was caring, responsive, and always in touch as the process going back and forth with my contractor took some time.

The people are busy but will stop and help at a moments notice

Bought Halo LED lights, one fails in less than 45 days and they make it difficult to get a replacement. The parking lot and access to this place is horrid.

Auburn. Always fully staffed. Employees knowledgeable regarding multiple specialties: plumbing, electrical, tools etc.. so they can go aisle to aisle and help locate hard to find items. Even the delivery team consistently goes the extra mile. Everyone friendly and efficient.
