I went in for two specific items. I was told after a 15 minute wait that it is not in stock and I have to order online. Great advice but wasted time. The second item was not something they have or so I was told, I went through the store and found it myself. This person clearly doesn’t know his inventory.

I was walking around aimlessly looking at stoves and microwaves and not once did someone ask me if I needed help. I had to approach someone and when I got the help I needed I felt pressured and rushed. I wish the customer service was better at this location.

Within the past 12 months, three times I purchased an electric power tool from Home Depot. Three times I’ve had to return it because someone took needed part(s) from my box and I couldn’t assemble the product. Wasted 6 hours….I filled out the survey and indicated my frustration with the defective products. I’m waiting to see how serious they are about improving customer service😂😂😂😂

Good crew here, helpful with questions, usually enough staff on board.

Actually the last time I went there was took a client to pick out lights and I asked for motion detected light so my choice and your electrician specialist brought me light bulbs so it'd be nice to have knowledge in the Departments

The staff at the Auburn Home Depot are clearly trained and given direction. Ask, help and be seen. Make yourself available to the customers in store. They are clearly trained well. My visit was extremely successful and happy.

Marcel at the Pro Desk is extremely knowledgeable and a very helpful employee. He helped us with the measurements to order our deck flooring. We were able to get the deck delivered the next day!!! A great experience at Home Depot!! 😊

I purchased a lawnmower and the person who assisted me in loading the box into my vehicle did so with great care. His name is Andrzej and he was very professional and courteous.

I had a great experience with my delivery today. Could not have gone smoother. Delivery was on time and I was kelp up to date with the expected arrival time. The 2 delivery men were kind, professional and got the set up of new and removal of old done quickly.

Employees do you have employees. No cashiers no help you need to play hide and seek and when you finally get someone they are deer in the headlights. Maybe it’s just the time of day but 7:30pm seems like the place was still open
