The store is always easy to shop in. Laid out well. Never a problem finding what you need or getting help in doing so.

Any store is as good as the people that work there...this store has the best and is why we choose this store over any others to shop for home improvement products and advice!!

I recently moved to this area from Western MA and used to shop in the Enfield, CT store. The employees in Auburn are much friendlier and easier to find when you have a question. Also this store gives a veterans discount, the Enfield store did not

It is always a comfort to enter a store, be greeted politely and asked if any help is needed. All this being said, this is typically how employees at the Auburn store are. Product is always in plenty supply and questions are answered. That's why I keep going back.

We love this Home Depot. It is a 1/2 mile from out home and all the employees we have dealt with have been great. Very helpful and friendly. We visit this store frequently.

Everyone is so helpful. If someone isn't certain of something they know who to direct you to. I always enjoy my visits and experiences at the Auburn location.

The store is clean and the staff is helpful, but there isn't enough staff on hand to assist all the customers.

I prefer Home Depot over other home improvement stores. The stores are pretty clean and well stocked. The only downside is I just wish they would have more employees to help.

The lady in the flooring department who has assisted me in choosing the flooring I needed for home improvements prior to selling my home has been most helpful. Her knowledge of the various options available and her offerings of considerations I hadn't even thought of were most appreciated. She demonstrated a great deal of patience with me during moments of indecision and I never felt pressured by her to hurry and make up my mind, which made me comfortable. The professional, yet friendly treatment I received from her helped me to feel confident and happy with the purchase I made.

Shopping at HD is always an experience, but at Auburn, it's a fun experience. The Team is ever so helpful and patient and shopping here is so easy with everything neatly marked and stocked and for me shopping at HD Auburn is like shopping with family.
