This is a great store to shop. The HomeDepotites are friendly and knowledgeable; even those that I ask about something, which is outside their area(s) of expertise go out of their way to help, and as one told me, they then learn something additional that they can use in the future. Plus, if you Ever need Plumbing help Go To This Store and talk to Dan.This gentleman, even if he were sleeping I believe, can tell you what you need, how to put it together, how to "rig" it if you are putting together something unconventional. Even when I told him that I had this "thing" shaped like "xxx yyy lll" and needed to connect it to this other "thing" shaped "blqcd", his response was, "Oh this is what you need, along with these other parts, and this stuff to fasten them together, with this extension; but, you need to put that thing in your basket back because it won't work." The quality of the merchandise is good as well, along with competitive prices. The only things that Home Depot, as a whole, doesn't have, that their major competitor does, is a year around discount for All veterans, instead of year around for Active and Retired and Disabled, and All Other Veterans on major holidays. All Veterans took the oath to give life or limb or sanity, and were ready and willing to do so. It should not be held against them if they were not assigned duties that caused injury, or if they did not serve until retirement. And Home Depot does not sell peanut butter. And this store has tool rental which has saved me a great deal of money, because I did not have to buy a major tool for a one time use.

It’s not very often you get the kind of service that I’ve received from the Home Depot Store off Bobby Jones in Augusta, Georgia. When someone greet you with a smile, it makes your shopping experience enjoyable. A way to go!!!!

Clean, friendly staff every time I visit

Thia store must be the best I've visted. The Staff is always very helpful. A few times I wouldn't find what I want on the shelves and they would go iut of there way to get what I need. I won't give this store no less than a 100%. with the exception of one staff member she gets 110%.
