If you want to feel like family, shop at store 0119. everyone welcomes you and always take the time just to say hi and are truly sincere when they ask about how you are doing.

Store staff is extremely under educated on products and services, item location in the store is unorganized and makes no sense. Similar products for categories of items are aisle away from each other. If it wasn't for the helpfulness of Terri and Janice, I'd probably never return. General employee smiles and kindness are the only things that keep me from hating every shopping trip at the store.

I would like to thank Janice S for a great experience when I was there. She greeted me , she took the time to know how I was doing, she also told me about the surgery and thanked me for shopping. I don’t get this kind of service at any store. So thank you Janice S for great customer service.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot on Bobby Jones! Grace is the employee that normally helps with my purchases! She is always courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! It does not matter if I am purchasing a small amount or items or a cartful, this is the location I always use! Great job

Exceptional service. I met Mr Eldon whom provided me with above excellence service. I and asked him for an air vent cover and he took us to the area and found out that the items I needed were not there. So we headed toward the exit when Mr Eldon comes up to meet us with the product that we were looking for. He surprised us with his amazing customer service. We appreciate old school service. Our gratitude and complement to Mr Eldon. Thanks HOMEDEPOT for employees like him.

My experience while shopping in this store was rather good, because there were people available to help me when I needed help. Women are shopping more for home improvements and we really help finding an item or two to small improvements around the home.

Such wonderful customer service and during the busy Christmas Holiday! The cashier at Pickup/Returns was amazing. The young man who brought my purchase up had such a great attitude. Store experience was outstanding! Item was well packaged and in fantastic condition. Loved the option to order online and pick up at store!!

Store has a good selection of products. Selection in some areas are spotty but I give the store a pass due to the impact of the Virus. Prices are competitive.

This is by far the best Home Depot in the area. The entire staff from top down is friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. The ProDesk is very helpful to all trades and non-trades, but definitely trade focused. Everyone is helpful in the best way they can be. If they can't, they will try to help you find the right person to do so. I've been to other Home Depots in other states, and I can honestly say, I have not been to another that I would give 5 stars too.

Contractor cashier Tammy will refuse to check you out unless you have a mask on. Having asthma I put my mask on below my nose and she still refused and talked down to me. Is this store policy?

Great inventory and quality products. I used to be a very loyal customer to their biggest competitor. I had to change my allegiance. Staff is helpful, personable and professional. HD is my new "go to" for parts, tools and gardening products.

Wayne and Inga provided excellent service. Wayne helped me customize a towel rod for an older bathroom shower. Inga helped me learn how to customize my mask by the use of a hepa filter. Wayne went Over and Above in his customer service at the Bobby Jones Express Way Store. I will continue to shop there as long as he and Inga are there. I will not shop anywhere else for my home needs !

I always fine merchandise that I need and customers service are excellent in all departments, employees would confront you for there assistance to help you get your products and satisfaction.
