Rent Concrete Mixers to Finish That Project
Stabilize your outdoor jobs by renting a concrete mixer. Use bigger concrete mixers for large projects. We also offer towable concrete mixers, so bring a truck or rent one of ours. We also offer concrete grinders and concrete saws in various sizes.

Tame the Trees and Lawn
Lighten the load with outdoor power equipment rentals. Neaten the yard with a lawn mower rental and the driveway and sidewalks with a pressure washer rental. Your outdoor oasis will be refreshed before you know it.

Load 'N Go Trucks
If you're looking to rent a large tool but don't have a way to get it home, we can help with that, too. Check out our Load 'N Go rentals and rent a truck. Don't worry about taking up room in the driveway with an old truck for times you need to move something. Just rent a moving truck when you need it and keep your driveway open for hopscotch or a round of hoops.

How do I rent trucks and tools?

Stop by the Rental Center at your nearest Home Depot to see what's available. If you'd like to be sure of what's in stock, call first to inquire about a truck or tool. You might also read our truck rental or tool rental pages to see if what you need is offered at your favorite store. For more details on renting tools, read the Tool Rental FAQs, including terms and conditions for the equipment.

How long can I rent tools?

Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small DIY jobs may only require a short rental period, and long-term jobs are no problem. You've got options to rent tools by the day, week, or month, too. If you need it longer than your initial rental period, call your Rental Center for an extension and avoid late fees.

When do I bring the tools back?

It's fine to return the tools early if you complete your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. As long as you return it by the deadline you were given when you rented it, you'll be good to go. Please clean off dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need the tools longer, call the rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.

How long can I rent a truck?

Rent a truck or moving van for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes may be enough time. Otherwise, consider renting it by the week or the day, depending on the length of your project. Be sure to factor in the drive between the store and the job site, as you'll need to bring it back to the same store you rented it from. Penske moving truck rentals allow one-way rentals as well as round-trip options, and they have different terms. Make sure to read the contract and terms and conditions before choosing your van.

Do I need to refill the rental truck with gas?

Yes, please fill up the truck before you return it. Make a note of the amount of gas in the tank when you receive the truck, and be sure to fill it with enough gas to match that same level. When you don't refill the rental truck, you'll be hit with a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?

No, you also need to be 21 or older, in addition to holding a valid driver's license. Depending on your state, you might require car insurance, as well as a deposit or credit card hold, too. Please bring your credit card for Home Depot truck rentals, as we don't accept cash. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements.
