I went in to return an item that I had paid for and bought two of and when I brought home one was different they had put in the same place as the other one so since I was returning just to switch for another one they won’t return cause I have no receipt. So I wanted a manager supposedly there was nothing they could do either so I’m furious at this point as the piece I bout was $68 dollars. So I was furious walked out the store some lady then comes running out saying that we stole something like what?????I’ve e never been so embarrassed in my life. My husband then goes back and says what did we steal ?I’ve always spent my money there for so many things as my husband is a sub contractor. But it was so embarrassing. Stay away from the Brockton Home Depot

I went shopping in a Home Depot store and had some frustrating shopping experience with the store. The only survey system is designed well and allowed me to express my concerns to the store. The questions are thoughtful. After completing the survey, I felt that I released a little from the frustrating shopping experience and gained a sense that someone is listening to me and will copy with the problems.

I had the best customer service from Eric Rodrigues than at any other retailer. I will always go to this Home Depot just because of Eric.

I have had a number of home improvement projects. Each time I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and each time I was assisted by very helpful, very professional staff.in particular, i would like to recognize "ALI" in the lumber Department. He was so helpful and professional! Truly a pleasure and an asset to Home depot for sure! I just LOVE the Avon store!

We had the pleasure of working with Ali in the construction/limber department. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. You could tell that he really knew what he was talking about, and that he really cared about helping us to make our shelving project great. We showed him the specific measurements that we needed for our new shelves, and he calculated how to get the best use out of the large sheet of melamine board we were buying. He then cut it amazing!

There’s not a day I go to the HD in Avon that I don’t come out satisfied. Sometimes they might be short staffed, but always manage to make you feel welcome if you’re not trying to make their job harder. I’m one of those people who believe anything that cost more than $50 should be insured, and HD offers a great warranty program. No hassle and they’d even tried to help if that warranty has expired.

Just ran in to get some wood screws, found what I was looking for in and out on a busy day with no delays!!!

I had a challenging product that I needed help with. Lucas stuck it out until the issue was resolved with my product. It took some time but I commend his patience and willingness to see it through to resolution. I left HD with my product operational. (Cobra HVY DUTY staple)

The Avon Home Depot is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The employees are knowledgable about the products and extremely helpful.

The store was well stocked. There weren't too many employees around for assistance if I need any.

The sales/tradesman arranged everything so well. Unbelievable. It took only four hours for the tech to come from Boston pickup the water heater and then go to Easton come back to me in Stoughton with his partner and install and check the system. I was like a military operation. I didn't believe my eyes. And they cleaned up afterwards.

this use to be a decent place to shop, now Isles are cluttered with displays and junk, employees hide in the rear of the store, can never find anyone to help or give an answer

I wanted to write a very positive review on my recent visit to Home Depot #2671 Avon, Ma. The staff there was great and they had a plethora of knowledge and showed they truly cared upon check out where I had two cards, one my wife had given myself and the other was an older card. I needed to ascertain which one would be the correct one to use during checkout and the Cashier Mackenzie was super helpful, friendly and let me know which card was the right one. Also, on a side note a familiar face Da'rron (hope I am spelling his name correctly) was advertising his company which focused on energy and saving money. Da'rron did lay out how the energy efficient concerning lights, phone, cable would be saved and that no energy would be lost, you might say as the kids say today, "its going to be lit", well that summed it up and I provided Da'rron a contact in my complex as we are all wanting and needing to save money in a ever changing complex world. Everyone was so helpful, store was clean found what I needed, great assistance and a very positive experience at Home Depot! Thank you so much!

I had the best experience ever at this home depot. If you are in need of appliances, ask for Cheryl! She was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and so much more. I went in with 2 kids under 5 and almost 9 months pregnant and left in under 20 mins with what I needed and happy children! I love love love the experience I had today and have never been more impressed!
