Howevrr, Flooring install contractor leaves a lot to be desired. Can't get it right...yet!

Curt, & Bob in the appliance department were super helpful, and Pattey was also so helpful in the Kitchen & Bath department answering my questions about quartz, and explaining the differences between the counter types. Very helpful. Keep up the good work. You have a great staff.

I have gone to Home Depot for many years and can always find what I want. If not the clerks always help me and also explain about the product.

I enjoy shopping at the Avon, Ohio Store because of knowledge of the staff and how they go out of the way to help customers.

The employees at the service desk are not well trained. I was completely mis-informed regarding a drop shipment of materials. The Avon store was unable to fulfill my order so, not known to me, my order was filled by a Cleveland store and they decided to drop all my merchandise outside in the snow (lumber and drywall). When I called the Avon store, the employee told me there was nothing they could do because the order was fulfilled from the Cleveland store, even though my purchase was through the Avon store. The employee who took my order and the employee I spoke with after the drop ship had conflicting stories as to which "plan" I should have chosen for delivering my order.

I have been dealing with this Home depot since it opened. I always find what I need. When I need help there is always a friendly employee there to help me

My husband and I went shopping for new flooring. Looking around and not really knowing what to buy it was kinda frustrating. There were two young men that were totally awesome. Cody and Tony. These two guys hung right in there with us throughout the entire time. They were patient, they had awesome personalities, they were very knowledgeable about the products. If I ever need flooring or if anyone else does go to the Avon Home Depot and ask for Cody or Tony.

I have bought appliances from this store as well as upgrades to my house that were installed by their installers. Products purchased were competitively priced and all installations were performed in a professional manner; done correctly and on time.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Mateo in selecting my counter top. He was awesome in his knowledge and professionalism. I was going back and forth in my decision and was a little confused going into the process but he truly went above and beyond to make my experience a delightful one.

The Avon Ohio Home Depot's employee was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He extended very helpful knowledge for both what I purchased during my visit as well as information on a product I intend to purchase from Home Depot soon. The store was very clean, organized and orderly. It was a pleasure to have products clearly displayed. The representative who helped me was invaluable in advising the pro's and con's of various power tools.

Home Depot is not honoring the basic veterans ID card, only certain ones. I guess we don't count as Veterans.

My experiences at this Home Depot have always been positive. I shop a lot online and get great customer service from the representatives at the online counter in Avon.

The employees in the return department were courteous and helpfulAlso Electrical Dept. employee was helpful.The Manufacturer was at fault for putting a damaged item in packaging.

I have shopped at this location for many years. The people who work here have always been knowledgeable and helpful .

5 stars to the woman associate in Paint who patiently helped me fumble my way through what I needed to strip, stain and seal my concrete deck. she did an absolutely terrific job. It was busy, and she never made me feel rushed. Also, she seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. She was great (the little slim woman with short brown hair wearing beige fuzzy boots. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name.).

Everyone at this store goes out of their way to make sure you find exactly what you need.

Friendly staff, very helpful and nice! There were employees all over the store so you didn't have to look far for assistance. Store was clean and well stocked.
