After traveling 45 minutes each way $45 a gal Travel home after giving a huge color symbol they made the wrong color

They should not have a product on the floor that need part A and part B, if the do not have part B in stock to go with part A, and if the have it in a different stock have it ship up to there store

Customer service was excellent.

Bought several items online,picked up in bangor store. Saved on shipping. Also bought additional items and paid at pickup counter.clerk was very helpful.Thereare many things available online not available in most stores.In store pickup is a great option if you make it to bangor once a month.

Nothing specific that I bought that I want to inadvertently review leaving this comment because I am reviewing the store location itself the store locations employees need more training when it comes to person to person interaction which I feel is a direct result of all of the technology that employees are forced and are subject to Also too many people are allowed to have their personal devices on the floor. The problem with box stores in general is the same across the board, however I avoid using the store at any cost and try to buy my products elsewhere due to as of recent building. The lumber is very very shotty. and if it takes you longer than 45 minutes to pick through a pile of lumber for a handful of boards, you probably shouldn’t be buying your lumber here

I am at Home Depot frequently for projects around the house and whenever I ask a staff for assistance they are always helpful!!

I couldn't care less what they sell in this store. What I would rent and Rave about and continue to return to this store for is their top notch customer service. I would go there to buy coffee if they had that!

I have always had good luck in what I needed from Bangor, Maine. I have got all of my thing from there that we need for remodeling our home.

In the appliance dept Josh came to greet us. He answered all my questions, which were many, and he was an enormous help to us. He explained everything and we are satisfied. Now we are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our new refrigerator.

I have bought several items at my local home town Home Depot that I am very Happy with and the Team there working under the leadership of the store Manager and his Management Team are Truly Superb! They go above and beyond in their customer service to make you feel like family and are very knowledgeable of their departments and products! Keep up the Great Work Team at my local Home Depot Hardware Store!

Was very disappointed in the young man he didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. Could of offered to get someone to check the price.

People so helpful and not in it’s my job way but really want your project to go the best it can. I’m 54 and kinda know some stuff. I went with a piece of plumbing in my hand that needed a certain shape and dimension. Was hoping for ease so I wanted shark bites. Standing there trying to figure it out when up comes this Home Depot kid (looked 17) he was helping me find things when he finally said what are you trying to do. I showed him the part out of my plumbing and he just took off and I followed he grabbed things off shelves a next thing I know had a perfect replica. Took it home went in like a dream.

This is a very clean store with great staff willing to help.

I bought some paint and accessories for my living room and kitchen, and the fella at the paint counter was the most helpful. I really appreciated the way he knew what I needed, and delivered a high quality paint with minimal pricing.

Bought a tractor and drove 250 miles after being told it was perfect. Got there and the tractor had a torn seat, wouldn’t start, and had other issues with it. Nobody called to tell us. We found out after driving 250 miles. Very frustrating

Be sure to bring your own truck. Do not request to have your items delivered unless you have lots of time to wait, and like listening to promises that will just be broken.
