The store was as usual, great service in the aisles and at check out.

The associate I asked to help me in my recent visit went out of his way, even though it wasn't his area. When he couldn't find the correct operator to cut a piece of lumber, he took the time to do it himself, was very friendly and professional. This made my visit quicker and successful. I found the store to be very organized and well lit on all my previous visits. I would recommend this store to anyone that has a project to do, whether it is a home improvement, or just a craft.

Employees knew their stuff and were a huge help. Prices were OK.

Every time I visit this store, I can never find any associates for help.

Remodeling kitchen project and Brian in the Kitchen Dept has helped every step of the way from designing the new cabinets to helping with the handles and knobs for them! Always with a smile on his face,. Thanks Brian.

This store is great. The staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are actually happy to help in anyway they can and are fun! The store always has what I need and is very clean. Even the restroom is clean and well stocked. Checkout lines are not ling and the cashiers are great!

Found the sales associate and "entire crew" smiling and helpful. This store has a huge inventory, thus making it little difficult manuevering my cart in some areas.

When I step inside the store,I was greeted by the sales associates with smile and asked what I need and took me to the area(electrical isle) and assisted me that made me easily got what I need,and thanks to that sales associate,my mistake I forgot his name.

Customer Service was Great tonight, I went in one hour before closing and had a long list of items to get. Everyone was so helpful and I was able to get everything I wanted with time to spare.

This is the worst place to get material in the bangor area.over priced on most items, way too many damaged items.management has made workers so uncomfortable, it is hard to find one that truley cares about there job.this store has hit rock bottom.time for new management as to right the ship.fix the problems or lose my buisness?

I was looking for a repair part for my lawn mower, I had looked it up on HomeDepot.com the night before. I could not find it and a associate directed me to the rental area of the store. Stated they do a lot of repairs and my have the part over there... I got over there and told them my problem and what I needed. The associate looked in the repair area and was able to find what I needed. It was quick, I was done shopping with 10 minutes of entering the store. They were so helpful and I am now sure that they give the best service from all the other stores like them in Bangor. Thanks.

I do a lot of shopping at Home Depot and the employees are always pleasant and helpful!

Good deal on LED bulbs! I have bought several at much higher prices. I am glad to see the bulbs becoming more affordable!

By going on the company's website to make sure product was available in the Bangor,Me. store made shopping fast and hassle free.Get's the job done

Staff wasn't very helpful. Pointed me in the direction of things I was looking for but never offered to help me find the item. One gave me bad directions, one had no idea, Prices are reasonable but services reminds me of dealing with cable TV or the IRS. You're on your own!

enjoy going to home depot every chance I can. if you need it ,it will be at home depot

The stor was clean and everything was easy to find to get in and out as quickly as possible.

an associate was in the middle of another mission in the store, i requested his assistance and he immediately took the few minutes and escorted me directly to the product i was looking for! THIS IS PREMO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The store is always stocked with wonderful products and the employees do everything possible to help you find what you need. Checkout is fast and easy. The only problem are the bathrooms. They need a serious makeover and a very deep cleaning.

Everything was easy to find and all went well. Had everything I was looking for.

Dave in the electrical department guided me to the items I required. He is most knowledgeable about store products, very efficient at helping me find the information and products I need, and the most pleasant person to associate with in the store. The product I needed was easily found and reasonably priced. That makes it not "work" to shop here.

This review area stinks tho.. I wrote my most recent experience and then it just blanked out..lol.. suffices to say that this visit was rife with obstacles that weren't the fault of the store in any way but the associates that were involved in the hysterical things that just kept coming up, dealt with them head on, efficiently and with smiles.. The Bangor Home Depot associates rock !

The exact paint I was looking for was sold out. An associate set me up with a comparable brand very quickly but the cost was a little higher even with a rebate.

Store had the stock I needed . The associates asked if I needed help,associate in plumbing found all the fittings that I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered good advice on my project . I will come back soon, thank you
