Store is fabulous. It is clean, uncluttered , and organized. Associate's are very helpful. They stay busy, but they WILL help you. Appliances are quality and prices are fair. Associate, Debra, in appliances really worked hard to help me with a dishwasher. I went back to her when I needed a refrigerator. The Gsrden department is awesome. It is clean with knowledgeable Associate's. I could shop there for hours! I love the Home Depot in Bartlett

Store is always clean, neat and well organized. Help is never a problem. The only thing is, that, you can't rent tools, power equipment, etc. This is only minor because there is a home depot, in Bartlett that do rentals. This is no big concern because Bartlett is only a few miles away.

Best store ever!!! I come to this Bartlett location several times a week, often several times a day. I've become quite attached to the Staff and management. I also purchase items online to pick-up in this specific store. There are highly recommended.

I love coming to this Home Depot to buy all my home improvements supplies. The associates are always available and helpful.

very great visit my husband was looking for a refig light blub , one of your worker take him to the spot we was also looking for thing to my our water better in our house, a different worker took us to the spot and then told us about the credit card plan that u had

Went to store looking for a part for my tub faucet. I walked to plumbing showed the associate my part and he found what I needed! In and out in 5 min.

The Home Depot in Bartlett is "Just Amazing". The workers are friendly and are nice to talk to. The store has everything I need at a low price!!! It is "Just Amazing"!!!!

The store was very neat and as I entered inside of the store each clerk that assisted directed me to the area that I wanted. Very pleased at what I purchased. After the cashier checked my item it was in stock and would be delivered this Saturday. "It was so easy".

BABAJIDE was wonderful to me. I bought ovens, counter tops and several other items. He helped me through the entire process, and was very patient with me. When I first arrived he was busy with another customer, so he sent his manager to help us until he was free. He also helped me find an item that was discontinued by home depot at another store. The fact that he was so good and approachable and made sure that I was taken care of I did not even shop around at any other place. Great customer service, thank you so much. It is hard to find places that have such great people working who really care.

I recently bought my house , about 3 minutes from home depot and I go there much of the time to get most of my home improvement items , I recently started buying my cleaners and detergents from there , customer service is great and very helpful in buying and retuning as well

Home Depot seems to have everything I need when I need it. The stores are always clean and if I can not find what I am looking for there is usually an associate around to help. The prices are very compatible with those at most major stores with similar products. I always enjoy looking around to see what other items I might need besides the ones I came into the store to get. The check out is easy and the cashiers are always pleasant.

self check out was backed up due to equipment issues. This situation needed management assistance. Not enough associates on the floor. I played heck getting help with a garbage disposer.

We purchased some tiles on clearance but later realized we did not have enough so we had the sales associate from the Poplar store call and check what store may have some extra tiles. The Home Depot on Stage had some but we were not sure they would allow us to purchase them since they were now a close out.. When we arrived at the store the sales associate Lisa was very nice and said she would check to see if they had some. She did and came back with a pallet full we got 9 boxes hopefully this will finish our renovation. Lisa is awesome she should be training the new hires I recommend her for a promotion and a raise she went far and beyond to assist us. I will visit your store again the drive was worth the trip. Wish we had more people like her in the world we live in.
