Didn't buy half of what I needed because I could not find any help. Not one orange apron as far as the eye could see. Very disappointing.

Clean, well organized store, with friendly staff.

This is the go-to store for anything you may need. The inside of the store plus the Gardening shop are always clean and inviting. The Associates are always there to help.

Why would you go to Lowes on Battleground when there is a Home Depot right down the street? Home Depot is far superior when it comes to customer service. I have to LOOK for help at Lowes but during a visit at Home Depot, sales people approach me multiple times during a visit to see if I need help. And the selection of merchandise at Home Depot is wonderful. This past weekend I had to visit Home Depot three times for my project. I dealt with return desk, plumbing, lumber, tools and appliances. I can honestly say that my husband and I received excellent service from each employee we encountered. Well done, Home Depot. You are my go to store!

I went to Home Depot for a particular item. I was greeted by David. He showed me the item selection that I was searching for and gave me great information to aid me in my purchase. Then, he walked me to the cashier, Leila. Leila completed the purchase and explained each step. Thank you Home Depot for excellent customer service!

Great place to get great customer service!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING IN THIS STORE. I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR RIGHT AWAY. A SALESPERSON CAME RIGHT OVER. WENT TO THE BACK AND BROUGT IT TO THE REGISTER. DELIVERY PERSON WAS THERE. WE WERE OUT OF THE STORE IN ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTES. THE STORE WAS CLEAN AS ALWAYS. THE FREEZER WAS DELIVERED IN ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTES AFTER WE GOT HOME. THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY PURCHASE FOR US. HOME DEPOT CAME THRU FOR US. iT IS A GREAT STORE AND HAVE SHOPPED THERE FOR YEARS. I NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE IN THAT STORE. I CAN'T SAY THAT FOR YOUR COMPETITION DOWN THE STREET. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT.

I was in a hurry last week when I was shopping at the Home Depot on New Garden Road. Your cashier, Shakervi Stallings, helped me. She was manning the self-checkout area. This woman went out of her way to help me check out. I was carrying three pots of pansies. I could not scan them without spilling the dirt. She offered to scan them without my asking and then she cut down a box so I could easily transport them…again without asking. Wonderful employee she is. I hope you know it. Sincerely, Lisa Reid

My husband and I are doing home remodeling and have spent a lot of time in the store over the past few weeks. Throughout multiple departments, the staff members have all been knowledgeable and friendly and have taken the time to educate us and address our needs. They have all made this tedious job much easier on us.
