I've been using this store for years & years and am always made to feel like a friend - rather than just a customer -

We had a list of products to pick up and found everything we were looking for. We also spent some time in the garden area because it was so lush, like a forest or jungle.

We visit this store often for all our recent projects. The staff is friendly, very helpful and professional. This Home Depot seems to have more selections than other stores in the area.

Rare to not find exactly what I'm looking for, always a pleasant shopping experience

Rosetta was so very helpful and friendly not to mention patient as I has alot of returns with no receipt.

Was able to get great help in the electrical dept. Needed a ballast, didn't realize or consider that I also needed a couple more things to fix my light. Thankfully the man in that dept asked me a few questions and I got everything I needed, on Christmas Eve and fixed my overhead light in the kitchen before guests came. Had power outage the day before that damaged the ballast.

Shopped there for years. Helpful and informed customer service.

I had a very positive experience when I visited your store to purchase blinds for several windows for our home. I needed some direction, and I found that and more when Shirlena greeted me. She was kind, patient and had the answers I needed.

Steven in the Cabinet Department was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. Quick and Easy transaction.

I could not find a 12x12 rug so I bought a carpet remnant, much cheaper and I like the look. Home Depot is known for their customer service and this visit was no exception.

I think I have been to Home Depot at least 3 times this week. Each time, I had an associate approach me to ask if I needed help. This is a great location, and my favorite home improvement store!

Tim at our Battleground location in Greensboro went the extra mile to resolve my problem. So much so that I felt obliged to finally get a Home Depot card!

The pleasant lady in the refrigerator section was so helpful to my wife and I with the purchase of a new refrigerator. Will go there for all appliance needs.

I don't have any idea what the ceiling fan will be like and it almost doesn't matter! The customer service was so great, I had to make a purchase! Actually, I really did find exactly what I had in mind. I just couldn't believe how helpful employees were when I was looking at ceiling fans! A special thanks to Holly! I've done a lot of research but nothing beats advice and genuine help! She was over and above amazing!

Holly at this store is absolutely amazing at Her knowledge of the store, her personality, and her warmth and compassion, I was looking for a Specific mop and cleaners and she knew the store like the back of her hand! Just wanted to say a big thank you to Holly and I will be returning to that store monthly because of her!

Worst experience ever! They forced my project to be cancelled day of installation. No one noticed or bothered to notify me that my carpet didn’t make it to the store on time. I love the attitude that it’s no problem for the customer to take another day off from work to accommodate HD’s failing.

Very friendly employees. Employees show you where items are located in the store.

My husband and I are redoing out kitchen. We naturally chose Home Depot and initially went to the one on Wendover. The woman there was not very friendly, followed us around and had zero customer service when we finally asked for assistance. We decided not to go with her, but went to HD off Battleground and met with Steven! He was so kind and inquired about the things we wanted and made sure to get us the right price for everything! Our cabinets are going to be delivered 2 months earlier than we thought! Definitely using him from now on for our future home improvements

I found the Glidden paint I needed to do some touchup work at home.

This specialty paint is not easy to find as a lot right now during these unprecedented times. Thanks to an amazing employee-Walter- who kept looking for the 6 cans. He gave true 5 star customer service and found the cans that were hiding up top from us! Patience, Smiles & Professionalism is how I describe him! My Dad was beyond thrilled to finish his project. Thanks!

At a time when quality employees are challenging to find, my last experience at Home Depot was uncommonly great. Cyretha was very engaging and exceptionally nice. Another employee in the paint department (I apologize - I cannot remember the name of the lady that was particularly helpful and patient. You helped me with glue for metal, silicone and flex seal.) THANK YOU, both. It was so refreshing to know good customer service actually still exists. Outstanding job. I was also able to locate an item that I had not been able to find at several other stores. Overall, an unusually good experience.
