Great store, friendly and helpful associates. Had to return a faulty small appliance. Took me no more than 15 minutes to return it, find a better replacement, buy it and be on my way. During this whole time I was assisted by three associates and the whole experience was delightful and fast.

On my last two trips to the Brassfield Rd. Home Depot, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and professional friendliness of three associates, Phillip, Kit and Cherisse. Phillip helped explain about window coverings and Kit was so courteous and helpful regarding an item that was returned and exchanged. I actually left the store after the second visit and said to my friend, I think I love Home Depot now even more than Target!

Every time I visit Home Depot, the sales people are very helpful. They take me to the item I am looking for instead of just pointing to the general direction of where I need to go. That is better than Lowes. If they do not have an answer to my questions, they go find someone who does. Great going Home Depot.

I found what I was looking for easily. The associate in the plumbing dept. was knowledgeable and helpful. I needed help with a heavy item and an associate came quickly to assist .me. Checking out was quick and the clerk was very friendly. I was extremely happy with my experience.

Often I visit location, associates waiting the to greet you and walk you to your items. Very helpful. Only drawback is sometimes items show available online and turn out to be out of stock when you get there.

My experience was in buying a refrigerator. The young man that helped me was fantastic! Chris Heard was not only friendly , but very knowledgeable and went way beyond to help . I always have a good experience at this Home Depot but this young man made it a pleasure .

Arrived 20 minutes after closing time with household emergency. The store associate assisted with obtaining plumbing needs and allowed after hours purchase. Very much appreciated!

The store makes finding items fairly easy, and was laid out similar to all of the other Home Depot stores around the area. Clean and friendly staff too.

HOME DEPOT HAS TAKEN ME FROM LOWES HOME IMPROVEMENT CENTER, DUE TO BETTER OR HEALTHIER PLANTS, STAFF , AND SALES.

As I approached the lawn and garden gate I was greeted by an associate who asked what I was looking for. I identified the topsoil we had seen in an add and he took me directly to it asking how many bags and what type of vehicle I was loading into. He loaded all the topsoil on a cart, recommended a soil conditioner to go with it and loaded in onto the cart which he then pushed to the checkout and to the front loading area where he loaded into both vehicles we were driving. We picked up 40 bags of topsoil & soil conditioner, checked out and had been loaded in less than 15 minutes on Sat 10/31 at 2:00PM which could have easily been a lengthy visit if not for the associate.

I was assisted very quickly and efficiently by the sales associate to locate the item I was interested in and the "self check" check out individual. Thanks !!

great selection of hand tools and had just the tub /shower combo I was looking for at a good price, see Trisha @ the pro desk , great attitude

Vicki was very helpful in guiding me through the process and securing a 24 month financing agreement for me. Then she took the time to make sure that the mower would be ready for pick up on my return. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff makes this store a favorite place to visit/shop.

The store was clean some small areas could have been cleaner. In general the store was clean and items were easy to locate. The associates were kind and helpful in assisting in items needed for my home project.

There are many Home Depots in the area, however this is my Store! It is just the best! The associates are always so helpful and friendly and when I am doing projects they have great advice.

This store is always neat and well organized. The associates are knowledgeable about products and their location in the store. They will take time to help you find the particular items you need. If you need advice on how to approach a project they will work with you.

Keith Ridge was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the time he took to help me get the correct dimensions for the door. He was prompt in his response to my inquiries over the phone and with sending me a revised estimate. Denise was also very friendly and pleasant when I checked out.

Went shopping for washer and dryer, found two premium offerings (Samsung) at deep discount. associate was very helpful explaining differences and entering the order.

the customer service at HD has improved greatly over the last several years. There are some associates who are so knowledgeable and helpful. If there is an issue, it is always resolved.
