I bought a freezer and when I got home to unbox I found it to be damaged!!!so I returned it for another only to unbox and find a dent in the door!!!🤬

After making my purchase I went home and loaded some items on top (laundry basket & cooler and cardboard box with lamps lying on sides) to head up north. Took a sharp turn and the boxes shifted as the plastic wrap was not enough to secure to pallet.

Found exactly what I wanted in a short period of time.

The check out people are very friendly. It makes a difference!

Had some help from an employee to get our lawn and tree care items, had them shipped to our home. Great service and prompt shipping.

I really like the Bay City store, 2739#, the store is clean, well organized and well stocked. the employees are very friendly and they know their store. I have purchased almost all my power tools directly from this store. the power tools are of excellent quality and this Home Depot carries all the accessories needed including staples, brads, nails. Among some of my purchases are my 3 chain saws and Home Depot has everything I need to keep them running and in perfect shape. This Home Depot is an hour away from my house, but it is so worth the trip. I have shopped there for 20 +years.

After 3 years of working on this house,finally got a Homedepot card.

the employee who was near the door when I arrived, seemed to want to help, after showing me a product that was not what I asked for, she walked me to another isle and waved her hand in the general direction of a product, from 2 isles away. I did not see said product, but she walked away. not happy with that. Later, young gentleman guided me through picking out product, was very helpful, guided me to another product and to the checkout, another nice gentleman walked product out to my car and further assisted.

I feel the Bay City store is bigger than others. I’ve been in several different stores for Michigan to Georgia. The Bay City story is clean and everyone is so helpful.

Everyone is always helpful. From the Garden Dept (where I practically live in the summer) to the service desk (where I went and ordered fencing) to the helpful sales staff that is always helpful I am happy with our Home Depot. I also have many of the interchangeable tools from Ryobi.

During a recent visit, I was looking for a particular recessed lighting "package" that would replaced some out-dated recessed lights in my office. A very helpful young man (wish I would have remembered his name) greeted me and asked how he could help. He listened to my needs, offered various options, and ultimately helped me make the right buying decision. That's the kind of customer service customers really appreciate.

Always have someone around to answer questions which is helpful . The associates are always kind and help in any way they can .

No help loading check out person was not polite and didn't get me help to load

The staff went above and beyond what you may consider as normal professionalism. Was a great experience today. I would recommend you try this place first.

All was good except not doing veterans discount at check out. Unfair

I pretty much always find what I'm looking for and carries quality products. Employees always helpful when asked or will ask me if I need help.

Without asking for help they came out and helped me load trailer, and acted like they wanted to help, very Nice.

I planned on several purchases but they didn't have any in the store. So I did buy plants.

There was an item on the Top shelf I wanted to purchase and I was told no they wouldn't sell it. If it is in the store on the shelf an employee should not deny sale!!

We were shopping for a new refrigerator. Jacob waited on us . He was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure having him assist us with our purchase. Great job Jacob!!!

This is my second stop at Home Depot in Bay City, the employees were very helpful and I appreciated their assistance. A friend hand told me to revisit this store and I'm so glad that I did as I found what I wanted.

I always appreciate the help I get at Home Depot! Sometimes it's cutting plywood for me, sometimes it's answering questions, or sometimes helping me load something. Because of them, I can get more project done!

The dryer I bought shot sparks and fire out of the bottom when I hooked it up. They treated me like it was my own fault.

I needed surface raceway for a job, Home Depot has brand names that I know I can trust.

Everyone here from the manager to associates to dept leads all showing so much effort in service of their customers. Store was super busy and had some hectic circumstances. Thru it all they showed so much kindness and empathy to every customer they interacted with. Was so impressed with how professional and helpful they remained thru very tough situations!!! Truly an inspiring team!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
