If you are in a position to get a locked up item and no one can help you, just crawl under the back side. It works! Store recommend 0, procedure 100!

Can’t stand the location of the store. It is hard to get to the customers are rude. I do not like the layout of the store. Everything is always a mess and never well organized.

I have shopped at multiple Home Depot’s. I know from this experience that customer service is important to top leadership. Unfortunately store #8987 Beaumont is the exception to this rule. We moved to the area serviced by this store and while shopping there we immediately noticed a difference in the way store staff treats customers. The lack of customer service was confusing until we met and interacted with the store manager. The Beaumont employees lack of customer service is clearly a direct result of the store’s leadership. You asked.

The tent/ easy up is not a good quality . The selection is too small .

Donna was amazing, she had great customer service always smiling and was friendly. She went over and beyond to help us with our first big purchase

I've been loyal to Home Depot brand since my wife and I bought our new home in Beaumont, CA in 2022. Including window coverings, appliances, etc, All total we've spent over $10,000 with the Home Depot brand.

I went into the store for an electric panel, but not a straightforward fix. The lady employee working in electric googled my problem, showed me the products they carried and what I bought worked. I think I saved a good deal of money.

Don’t understand why they even have these people working there since they do not want to help anybody that walks in the door that’s Pro person. They only want to do phone sales.

Had to wait for an elderly person to figure out self checkout while Employees stand around and watch to make sure you scan everything! This is dumb! I hope you theft goes through the roof and you regret self checkout.

1.I received a call, after waiting 3 weeks for stock to be replenished, that my order would be cancelled because I haven't picked up....They NEVER let me know it was available. 2.I needed to return a couple sheets of ply, doing a major adds & fix-up, the Customer gal told me I didn't buy...???..."you must have used a different card"...I ONLY HAVE USED my HD CARD....RUDE & INCOMPETENT!

The pro department staff constantly refuse to help out pro members I hope they are not the best Home Depot pro staff Beaumont has to offer

HD has a lot of people, but few have their goal of Customer Service.

We worked with Larry to buy a new fridge. He was patient, knoweldgable, friendly and extremely helpful! If you need a fridge, go see Larry at the Beaumont Home Depot!!

They went out of their way to assist me in finding the products I needed and provided excellent advice on how to complete my project. I am going through a very difficult time now my roofing leaked and damaged 5 rooms in my house and I am going back to back with the insurance company about paying for the damage I ended up going to my local Home dyin Beaumont ca and I was stopping every employee in sight asking a million questions about how I would be able to fix something in my house I was going through a lot seeing my family hurting foto our living conditions and I will say this it was so unbelievable how I was being comforted and so much help from the staff that I actually walked out with some material but so full of inspiration and motivation I do feel bad that I went back three days in a row with more and more questions and I was given more and more information and help I am gratefull that I wasn’t alone trying to figure out things that I had no clue on what to do turns out Home Depot staff trained me to well now my wife keeps asking me to do more and I’m happy to doi it just as long my Home Depot family continues to have my back

I'm not one to return things, but if I do, I love that if I cannot find the receipt, you can locate the item on my account. I am also very pleased that my dog is welcome in H.D. We have a great time there. Thank you!!

We are moving to the area soon and this was our first visit to the Beaumont store. We needed appliances and the gentleman who helped us, Larry, was amazing. He made the whole process easy and pleasant. He listened to what my likes and dislikes were, and even made recommendations according to our needs. Very thankful to Larry!

Me and my family came for backyard plants and flowers and found perfect ones.At the cashier an employee named Mary helped the whole time.We enjoy coming to this Home Depot and will continue to in the future.

Everybody at the store was very friendly and helpful and I can't compliment them enough. However the end of the visit turn to be a great disappointment. This is all because of the attitude of the cashier. If she was irritated or in a bad mood, that's no reason take it out on the customers and make us feel very uncomfortable.

My experience today at my Home Depot was excellent. My visit today was excellent!!Wendy went above and beyond to help me out and is an incredibly valuable employee she went way above and beyond she was friendly, through, knowledgeable and Home Depot should be proud to have her as an employee. If only there were more like her!

I returned a small basket of items and the cashier Jaqueline let me walk out without telling me some of the items didn't get refunded and she didn't give the items back. She just took them gave me the receipt and let me leave. The dollar amount didn't sound right and I reviewed the receipt and she missed two items costing over 80 dollars. I had to go back and convince her that I bought those items with my HD card and she still didn't believe me. I argued to keep looking until she finally found the transaction. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ARE BORDERLINE SCAMMING US AND WE NEED TO HOLD THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR DOING THEIR JOBS RIGHT. This was a bad experience and it upsets me and worries me that this has happened to me and other customers more times.
