We ordered carpet a month ago and it arrived at the store on this last Monday. installers never called and after multiple attempts to contact the installer, there is a five week wait. NICE!

She is the best !!! Great customer service in the appliances department ! Go see Terry Covrig for all your appliance needs !!!

Emily in the paint department was friendly, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and overall great. The front end & cashier's were friendly & helpful. Five different employees thanked me and one collecting carts wished me a good night.

Denise at returns is absolutely great with customer service bar none! For more than 10 years I've been greeted with such great respect and knowledge! Home depot needs more employees like her! I brought paint in twice to match. Blonde lady was WAY off on color, & when I returned it, I was told then it was not refundable. NEVER was It mentioned to me when I bought it, or brought to my attention that I was not able to return this. I trusted your agent knew what she was doing and RELIED on her “expertise here. I end up wasting over $70.00 for 2 cans of paint I will NOT use since the color was so off. I should have been given a refund period.

A great big THANK YOU goes out to "Angela" the cashier at the Beaumont Home Depot Store. She went above and beyond in helping me with my order that had been canceled for an unknown reason by the online ordering. Couldn't have completed my purchase without her help. She had a great attitude and even telephoned the online ordering center and received the same bad customer service as I did. Again, THANK YOU Angela for such great customer service.

I looked up the types of products I wanted through the web and mobile apps before choosing. The reviews and product descriptions were helpful. Pricing is good. I was able to go in and grab what I needed without any fuss.

I was trying to explain is lane in the last review for the sweepstakes but your Box ran out of characters and I wasn't able to explain but finish explaining so I don't want to have that happen again so I'm just gonna be over it

I love making improvements because I get to come to Home Depot and be greeted by the staff at the Beaumont store. They’re very helpful knowledgeable in the field and seem to enjoy their jobs. I can always get my questions answered by someone whether I’m in their department or not.

Store was organized and stocked up. We were greeted upon entering and leaving. We were approached and helped by Terry Covrig and got what we needed in a timely manner.

This store is struggling more than other Home Depots in my area to have basic items in stock. I have given up trying to buy the plywood I need in this store and just drive to Hemet when I need some. There are a lot of associates in this store that walk right at me and expect me to get out of their way without a word to me. I have also had some experiences at the return desk where an associate took my item, processed my return and handed me the receipt without saying anything. To me, as a group, the associates in this store look very stressed out and lacking in basic courtesy.

Store 8957 Home Depot In Beaumont CA, provides a Gold Standard when it comes to Customer Service. I believe this is based on the outstanding work ethics of the Store Management team of operations. The refection of happy employee's with strong team associations in helping each other and helping and providing superior customer service really shines and it is a positive feeling I sense when I shop at this store.

Beaumont is always clean and well-stocked. We have had great interactions, but Robert from Electric is one of the best employees. He is very kind and funny and answered all our questions!

The customer service from the floor employees receives FIVE stars. A special shout out to employee Robert M. who made our shopping experience great with his warm personality and willingness to help while we shopped for ceiling fans. :)

Went to buy a gallon of paint and the lady was there I'm not sure if she was in a Bad mode or what the way she came was WHAT YOU WANT and my daughter goes what is her problem and told her just ignore her. Itold her very politely a gallon of paint so I show her and she go OK, she start to typing. She realizes she got it wrong she ask me let me see again I say sure and when she was done she had told us w/an attitude that it would take 20 minutes After us a white male was in line her whole attitude had changed she was respectful kind and smiled at everything he had said. when it was time for us to get the paint she did not want to push it out further towards us. the lady did not have a name tag or anything.

The store is large, clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. It feels like a small family business.

This store puts profit over safety. In the midst of a global pandemic, they stack the open aisles full of merchandise. There is no room to walk around and one cart blocks a whole aisle. People cannot socially distance. It’s a horrible shopping experience. There was a time when this type of product display were against policy. Wish they’d go back to those days. For now, I will just shop at my local hardware store.

The Home Depot store in Beaumont California is always clean. The most of the associates are friendly and helpful. If an associate can not give your a reasonable answer, they will find an associate that can assist you or answer your questions. When you have concerns or disputes the management go above and behind to resolve the matter. Shopping at Beaumont Home Depot is pleasant.
