Had a bad customer service experience today...terrible help in hardware department

Usually, Home Depot has nice, knowledgeable and helpful people, but the Beaumont store is the worst in terms of customer service. I wonder if this snotty, unhelpful attitude comes from the top. I wont' be shopping there again. I will go to the Palm Springs Store or Upland where I can get help and information. Supervisors are more interested in arguing with a customer than helping..

The cashier Jennifer was so friendly. It is rare to find a smiling person these days. Everyone I see in stores are so cranky

Horrible service that was compounded by a cashier that could not answer my questions about a warranty that he wanted to sell me. All this was made worse by a manager who said he would call me back about my concerns and to get answers about the warranty that they sold me, but he never called me back! Apparently the horrible service starts at the top at this store!!

The store is clean and organized and has a good amount of the products available.

This store is overall a very good place to shop. Friendly service, plenty of options of inventory for whatever project and very clean. The only issue I have with Home Depot is their checkout area. Recent changes in this area with the "self checkout" is horrible. Not enough room to check out your items and the idea of employees sitting there telling you how to operate their registers is a disgrace. Most the time their standing there watching you! Why not have your employees checking your customers out a lot faster. That's customer service. Someone in Corporate got it wrong on this. I fully understand labor etc but this is not working in the best interest of customers. I am in Home Depo almost every day shopping btw.

We love this store! I mean, I know we don't have many options here in Beaumont, but I have always enjoyed shopping at this store. All the employees I have engaged with have been knowledgeable and friendly. The store is pretty clean and safe from what I have noticed. I am even pretty sure they were all wearing masks for prevention of Covid-19 so that is a good thing too. I have never had any issues when going into the store. This is our "go to" hardware store.

Staff is always helpful and shelves stocked.

Poor customer service at this location. I wouldn’t suggest coming here if you require any type of assistance from a member of home depo

Helpful employees, did not have to wait for help. They were ready to assist.

This store is neat and tidy. The Associates are friendly and helpful as well! If you can't find something yourself, an Associate will surely assist you.

Sef at the pro desk is very knowledgeable and takes his time with his customers

The store was laid out very nice, the employees were very courteous and helpful. Everyone we spoke with had a good knowledge of where we needed to look for our product and took us to it. Steve the Assistant Manager was very courteous and pleasant as he assisted us in obtaining our product. We will definitely visit this store more often.

The delivery service is inexpensive and efficient.

I love the friendliness of all the employees. Not sure if it is the hiring, the training, or the selection of employees available in this area, but they are all nice and willing to help. Store is generally clean and has more inventory in stock than some of the other stores I've been to.

This was my first time in this Home Depot. I moved to Beaumont three months ago and had been in the habit of shopping at another home improvement store. I was impressed by the store itself. They had a good selection of the things I needed and looked well stocked in general. I needed help about three times and the people I stopped to ask questions were knowledgeable and friendly. Prices seemed good, and I was able to get my veterans discount without any big deal. I just showed my ID card.

This store has the best costumer service!

The store is always stock well, the employees are nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. My last visit, Cashier Kandi, was very helpful.
