Generally a great place to shop! But, like all Home Depots very difficult when it comes to making large appliance or flooring purchases due to their computer system often being down, being inaccurate due to not always reflecting sale prices or promotions in pricing.

We had a great experience buying a fridge and microwave. Cathy was so patient with us while we made our decision. She went over everything in detail and was friendly and funny. We had gone to an appliance store first and they did not have the selection or customer service that Home Depot had. Home Depot had a sale going on so we found a frige we loved that was $1,100 less than regular price, plus the incentive Home Depot offered gave us another $350.00 off. They also offer free delivery and $15.00 to take our old appliance away. We are having them delivered in 4 days and can't wait.

Again, I would like to thank my cashier Laura for her cheerfulness and help!!!

The assistance is genuine and prompt.

This store is poorly run. Continuous issues with product not stocked, out or damaged. Have to track down employees to get overstock down which takes 20 to 30+ minuets. Have complained about this several times but yet the problem continues to exist.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean and organized.

Excellent help in every department. I just retired and I am up at the store every other day looking for help and I have always found in for the garden, PVC pipes, plumping, painting and other house repairs. They always are polite and very knowledgable! Thanks HOME DEPOT #8987!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff! I feel comfortable going here and asking questions that are silly.....single mom card and doing a lot of home stuff on my own. This staff takes care of me.

Honestly would recommend this store to anyone. Had a slight problem with the pricing. I don’t remember a cedar 4x4 costing $20-30, but I needed it. Staff always helpful and there.

They are an outstanding store. I am newly retired and I go there quite often for supplies and advice. They are always very helpful. I have not had a bad experience at the store only very good ones in all the departments.

WE GIVE HOME DEPOT BEAUMONT 5 OUT OF 5. THE MANAGER AT THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT IS ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN WE NEED ASSISTANCE.

I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot but lately the service received from Corporate and the lack of support to their employees when a customer have an issues can be very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this store at all.
