This Home Depot better get more help or I will be shopping at Lowes.

We are currently remodeling our home and we get what we need every time from this location.

I usually have to visit a few departments when shopping at Home Depot. The associates are available to assist with whatever I'm looking for.

They are always eager to help and answer questions as needed.

I found what I needed quickly and was happy with the prices.

Two associates helped us at separate times to find the items we desired. The one associate accurately described the item and its location on the shelf. We were very impressed!

Its quite refreshing to be able to bring my K9 in training to walk through the store and have the associates offer to give a treat to my dog.

Always a good time looking at new things in store. Best prices on cleaning supplies. They need to keep an eye on the cleanliness of the restrooms.

The store is always clean and usually well stocked. My only real complaint is the on several occasions I have not been able to locate a lumber cart in the store and have had to search the parking lot for one.

I needed some help. I'm a MAN, but I hurt my wrist recently and I needed some help shopping and picking my lumber and products. I asked, and it was that easy. I couldn't lift a 4'x8' sheet of plywood or half the other items I needed by myself. Within ten minutes (after helping another customer) I got some help gathering what I needed (15 min.) for my project and help loading it into my truck. I wish I had payed more attention and gotten his name. So he could gather the benefits of great service. Give that man a raise.

Fast friendly service everytime at this location. Got in and out in about 3 minutes. Never congested at check out time.

Can't fault the store or staff. I was looking for a new counter depth fridge freezer and the staff were spot on with service and assitance. Was disappointed that the special discount prices were applied to only regular depth and not counter depth.

Working on electrical plug project and needed to make an exchange. Exchange was quick and easy and I found exactly what I needed to complete the project.

The plumbing and painting associates are a great help. They know their craft.

It was the Labor Day sale for paint and it was very busy but Jeff was great and professional in helping me out with my paint and stain purchases.

Went in to find a couple things, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed anything. The associate walked me to where I needed to be, showed me what I was looking for and I was done. In and out nice and quick. Thank you!

The associate who helped us with our kitchen remodel made this a very positive experience.

The store is starting to have more inventory than before which is great. I] It appears to be more organized and efficient. Is at the sparkling state now where it has always been clean but seems to be more noticeable. The store has the feeling of having a smile on its face!! All associates have always been exceptional and friendly. In the past there were not enough of these wonderful people around to help you find something you were looking for but in the last six months it seems that this store has improved on this. An overall good experience in shopping and I certainly appreciate their efforts to make the consumer happy.

The Flooring Associates are excellent and a pleasure to work with.

the associates at 6531 are what sets it apart from other Home Depots in the Austin area.

This is really a good store with very helpful staff. My only problem with this store is they do nothing to stop people from parking in the drive thru pick up lanes near the lumber entrance. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my vehicle in to load. I think they need to put up "NO PARKING SIGNS" to stop this problem.

Love the store. Everything my wife and I need to remodel the condo we just bought. Our first home!

I went to purchase light bulbs and look at different items in the store. I was asked by at least 6 store employees if I needed assistance. The employees were all very friendly and courteous. When it came time to check out the gentleman that was working at the checkout counter was extremely friendly and was easy to converse with.

Love going into this store! Bought something online but it was damaged and I bought it back and Aimee was glad to help!!

I was in a rush to run in and grab one item. There was a sales associate that was very helpful and lead me right to what I needed.
