Everyone is very helpful at this store, especially Saul.

12 registers in the store and the only option is self checkout. When you get a couple things that is fine but when you have a lot to purchase you should have the option of going to a register with a sales associate.

By using self checkout, you enable corporations to reduce workforces, and more people lose work.

all the team in appliances were beyond friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and salespeople available to assist. Cashier checked me out and was very polite.

This store sees have not enough employees. Hard to find help. You are on your own.

I want to say a special thank you to Jake in the large appliance department. He was able to get us a credit that was due and that we were having a hard time getting resolved. Thank you Jake, for doing an awesome job for your customers.

Possibly short-staffed but the staff that I encounter are very happy to assist.

If you need any appliances, go see Barbara. She is patient and friendly. She is such a pleasure to work with. On second thought, leave her alone. She doesn’t need all of you crowding her!! Although, she would still be just as lovely if that happened. Barbara is great!!

Ask for Ben J. In the painting department. He helped me on the fly and was knowledgeable and fantastic! Thank you Ben J.! My Onyx Black accent wall turned out great! This HD had all supplies needed on the spot and with Ben J. help, I was in and out of the store in less than 25min!

When I couldn't find my item on the shelf, Maggie called Josh to come help. He helped me find the screws and bolts I needed.

Vickie, TJ and Saul at the ProDesk are the BEST. Always helpful, cheerful, and manage a very busy part of the store with grace.

Thanks to Max in the paint department. He went out of his way to help me select the correct color of wood stain to match the chair I brought with me to HD. This is a breath of fresh air from the normal employees that do not know much about the products they sell.

I have just moved to Bee Cave and am opening three businesses that require a lot of different build-out needs. In every visit, there have and will be many more unique requirements. Consistently, My team has been greeted kindly, directed properly, assisted thoroughly and above and beyond our expectations, when we have explained the many details of our various projects. They think them through and make sure we leave with everything we need. They are more like consultants, happy to give you their time and expertise for free! I have been in the business of unique build-out projects for 20 years and have of course went to HD for nearly every sourcing need and this one at Bee Cave is THE BEST on all levels.

Great store! BUT, your system will not allow me to retain it as my store. It always reverts to Austin SE, and I have to change it back.... Over and Over again.

The Bee Cave Home depot is excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Kevin, who stayed with my son and I, helping us with college dorm selections, should be promoted. He is knowledgeable and really nice.
