Really like the people that work at this location. They know their stuff, I don't have to hunt anyone down for assistance - there's generally someone happy to help. There's a funny ol' gray haired codger that cracks me up - he's sharp as a tack. And the manager is always helpful kind and saves me a ton of time by knowing his stuff and just getting me from point a to point b as quickly as possible - since my time is money I appreciate that.

Amal Dalaty and Bob were amazing in our purchase of a new refrigerator. Very helpful and we have only positive results because of them. Thank you.

I enjoy this store more than the others in my area. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and bright, and I know where most things are located. I shop here on a regular basis and some times an employee will make my day, just by how friendly and personable they are. Today, a gentleman, who was greeting folks at the entrance, wiped down the handle on my cart for me and made me laugh and smile. It made me happy while I was shopping, and then the cashier was friendly and we talked about the rain today and how we looked forward to Summer. So I left with a smile on my face, too. It's these little personal touches that make a store stand out to me, and makes me want to go back. Thank you, Bee Cave Home Depot!

This store is nice and clean and the people are helpful. The flooring department has unusually knowledgeable people and they go out of their way to make your day !!

Love this Home Depot! We're new to the state and we're thrilled to find such nice employees, so willing to help give advise and help locate items. And that there are enough employees to be available when you need them. Everyone has been super nice there! Makes setting up a new home a more stress free experience.

Back in 2008, I was a regular client at this location. I almost knew everyone in that store. I came back several times after 2010 and no longer seeing the store be friendly as before, the store at 4 point is my regular now. I happened to be in the area and decide to stop by for shopping... I came to tools section and looked for a blade which I brought with me. I was lucky enough to find one employee in the area and asked him for help: Sir, can you help me finding the blade like this. He looked at me and said: you run me nut with such a stupid question when you are already in the isle, it is just in front of your face! This young man name Mathew, I was calm saying thank you and walked to the shelf picking up my item. Mathew walk away and start complaining and cursing. I asked him: what was going wrong with him and he kept saying unusual things and we started argue! Other employee name Chris very cool, he came and try to help me out and saying that Mathew has a mental disorder! I feel sorry for Mathew but he should not be qualified to work there and in contact with customers!

Manager on Duty - Sunday evening 12/11 - was the most unhelpful Home Depot employee that we have encountered ever! Did not want to communicate or help the Home Depot employee from another store find a french door we were looking for. The online inventory showed two at the Bee Cave location. He said there were none, because the employee from the other store could not provide him a sku. The sku could not be provided easily, because it is not carried at the other location. Upon further research (Home Depot's website online) the employee found the sku and called back. The Manager on Duty was abrupt, which we overheard, and said "didn't you just call?". The Bee Cave location, did in fact have the french door in stock - and the manager said he would hold it for us. Upon arriving at the store, the employees working in the department, did not know anything about a door being on hold (we arrived within thirty minutes of the original call) - had to call the Manager on Duty. He came to the department, did not say "hi", did not introduce himself - did not thank us for making the 25 min drive to his store - this sale totaled 388.73. You would think he could have at least spoken. The door was not marked "on hold" and could have been sold by the time we arrived. If other employees follow by his example - well, you can imagine what the service would be like. Additionally, I was told to go and get a cart - really???? The isles were so packed with doors, a lift, gates - you could not get around at all. And the employees, did not seem to think that helping customers was the first priority. Will only go to this store as a last resort.

I've been to a lot of Home Depots all over and Bee Cave seems to always turn out well. It's not the biggest, but the people make up for it with service and selection. I go out of my way to use this HD and I know most everyone by name and they know me, as it should be !

I shop at this store often. They usually have what I'm looking for. If they don't carry an item I'm wanting they are able to either look into getting it or direct me in where I might find it. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. It is easy and fun to shop here.

I don't normally enjoy shopping at a "big box store" but this Home Depot location is an exception. The employees are friendly, helpful and available. I was having trouble finding a cleaning product the only Home Depot carries. A new employee that was only on his 2nd day and didn't know his way around very well yet, stayed with me and helped me find it. He was nice and got other employees involved until they we found it. It was a great experience!

This store was most helpful--when I had difficulty describing the item I was looking for, an employee was able to quickly find exactly what I needed, and he cut it down to size. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and just old-fashioned nice in their talk and manner. You can tell they take pride in their work and in their store, and they value their customers. What's more, the store was clean and easy to navigate, and checkout was a cinch. You couldn't ask for more.

With the Home Depot app it is very easy to find items. If you don't have the app the associates will gladly show you where to find them. The check out experience has always been helpful and speedy.

We saw a 7X7 shed at a reduced price; it was the last one, so we had to take it apart. Employee, Wayne Biggs in the kitchen design dept heard us buying it and offered us his personal cordless screwdriver. He went out to his car and give it to us without even asking us our name. What would we have done without his act of kindness? Here is another 5 Star Employee that this Home Depot has. Thanks Wayne, you are appreciated.

The people are very helpful at the store. When I wrote less than 50 characters (38) it made me start over.

Since moving into the neighborhood in May, I have been in this Home Depot at least 20 times. Every time I was helped with great employees, found what I needed, paid fair prices and walked out a happy customer.

Stacee was very attentive to my needs and made everything possible to address them!
