Staff went out of their way to help me find a Traeger Pro22 which was up in the rafters. I am from Canada and always enjoy the US service mentality. Very helpful.

I found a number of items and went to checkout. There are no human checkers, only self-check. My total came to $71.05, and I put a $100 bill into the machine. I got back $28 in bills, and $.95 ALL IN NICKELS! NINETEEN NICKELS!! I asked the lackeys standing around why and they told me that the machines hoard quarters, and that IT takes a long time to reprogram them. This is absurd. No human would give you half a roll of nickels as change. These machines suck. It doesn't make sense to have zero checkers, but 3 to 4 'attendants' standing around doing nothing, unable to help when the machine dumps a pocket full of change on you.

Purchased two custom-built bathroom cabinets from Home Depot that arrived in excellent condition, along with plenty of appropriately sized trim boards. Once hung they looked wonderful and work perfectly. Well-built cabinets. The staff member who assisted my wife in measuring for them and designing them was very professional and courteous to work with.

Have the urge to make improvements around their home pops up. This is where I end up. I always find the right product, especially with the app to direct you to the correct aisle.

I am always totally satisfied shopping here - getting what I need, having specific needs addressed, etc. Staff seems sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

Nic made my shopping and scheduling experience one of the best ever. He listened to my requests. He checked all the appropriate boxes to get my project scheduled in a timely manner. Polite. Professional.

There needs to be more help in the roofing and concrete supply area

Over the course of the years I have developed a great working relationship with Larry in hardware, and Mike in electrical at the Bellingham WA store. Their general knowledge in trades gives them an edge that many associates in other departments, and other businesses lack. I've always been able to get the answers that I've needed to finish up my projects when I needed help. They are literally like having you tube videos, and trades manuals right in your store. I can't say enough good about those men, they are excellent employees to have in your store. Thanks, and sincerely, Avery Lueras.

Johnny in the Appliance section of Home Depot, Bellingham WA store was exceptional in his customer service when I was purchasing a new gas range.

The employees were AWESOME. They told me where everything was.

Employees go above and beyond! So kind to our children, going out of their way to draw smiley faces on the receipt. Returns and exchanges are a breeze! Thank you all!

I was looking for a product that was not out yet and the staff were so helpful in locating it as the new stock had only arrived shortly before I got there so was still in the back. All of the people working there that I interacted were so nice and offered to help in any way I needed.

I have been special ordering products for my new home construction. The staff at the Order/Pick Up Desk are friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with me. They work hard to iron out any problems that may arise. Pro Desk staff has also gone out of their way to assist me. The locksmith is another friendly and competent pro. Love this store!

Employee friendliness has improved at the Bellingham store over the recent past.

Really impressed with the gentleman at this location in the Paint Area. He is always very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Cashier ladies are very helpful at this location as well as knowledgeable.

We came in to buy many things and at every department we had employees come and ask how they could help. That was the best customer service. I hope other stores follow this and continue it into the future, because some of us have no idea what we’re doing at Home Depot.

The home depot employee who was helping with my appliance order made a lot of mistakes on my order, including ordering a wrong item. This is very time consuming to fix.

They don’t carry enough for older homes and have a fifty of the same thing it cost me 50 dollars instead of what it should of been maybe 25 because I had to build it w4 part

With a new remodeling/construction business, their Professional Services program has been great to deal with... simple, straightforward registration and instant verification for resellers permit, etc. I was able to enroll in services and realize all the benefits immediately.

My wife and I purchased a Tectite ball valve this past Sunday at the Home Depot in Bellingham. We were replacing the copper pipe with PEX which feeds our water heater. Along with replacing the copper pipe, we were installing a brand-new water heater. The water heater installation, the PEX pipe, and PEX fittings went off without a hitch, or so we thought. From the evening of the 22nd through the morning of the 23rd everything was operating as it should. That was until our son informed me that there was no water coming out of the household faucets. I went to where the water heater was and found that the Tectite ball valve had come disconnected from the main water line feeding the water heater. This resulted in the water flowing down onto the brand-new water heater. After closer inspection of the ball valve, we found a crimp in the fittings collar. Unfortunately, this caused the water heater to be out of warranty with the manufacturer and the loss of a water heater. If the ball valve had not fitted properly it would have been replaced, but it did fit along with all of the other PEX fittings which are still functioning without incident.

If you're not familiar with the store's layout, find your items online and jot down the location. It's always accurate and speeds your search. I would prefer more 'manned' checkouts, the self-checkout requires you to touch many things that can spread viruses.

Wonderful customer service. They're doing a great job addressing and curbing the amount of theft in recent years!
