My wife and I were searching for a bathroom vanity for our reno project. Marja did a super job in taking us through the options, and helping us construct the modular vanity order online. I found out subsequently that we could receive a further 10% discount on the order by taking out a Home Depot credit card. Lois at Customer Service did a super job in helping us qualify for the Home Depot card right in the store, re-crediting our initial card, and transferring the reduced charge to our Home Depot card. These associates took an active interest in helping us with our purchase. Their initiative and positive can-do attitude reflects well on the company they work for. As a result, we will always consider Home Depot in our home purchases.

The store was clean and well organized. If I had anything I was disappointed about, it was the ability to find an item for my Shark Steam and Vac. I haven't yet looked at www.homedepot.com to see if I can order it, but everything that I had specifically gone to the store for was in stock and at the prices advertised. I was very satisfied with my shopping trip!

They had what I needed and the cashier, Jessica, was awesome!

The smell of cedar is wonderful as you walk in, and I always know something will catch my eye and I'll be walking out with a bunch of things I need. The store is big and bright and a wonderful place to shop!

Finding exactly what I needed in this store was a breeze, the prices were unbeatable too, thank you Home Depot!

this store is great, they seem to have what ever I need and if not, go the extra mile to let me know if another location has what I need or they will order it for me right a way. the staff is very helpful and friendly. they always make sure you are satisfied with your experience at the store

The store is grossly understaffed. Seemed to find them bunched together. When asked a question just said isle 23. Another said they would show us the location, then disappeared with another customer that approached them after me encounter. I found the sales associate and asked they what I needed, I repeated what I was looking for and they did show me to the location. At check out again understaffed and the self checkout was closed, all of them. The lanes were at opposite ends of the store. The only reason to use this place is that Brand X typically does not have what you need.

The best employees in the business, Other home improvement stores should take note.

products pricing is difficult to find and when asking staff for help finding parts their response twice now "is that this is not a part store it is a product store if I want parts I should go to Hardware sales". Think it's time I take their advice and not return

Every time I go into Home depot is always clean and the associates are there to help and guide. Always have or had a great experience in Home depot.!! Lowes can't touch this!!

This is a well organized store. I have been shopping in this store for almost 13 years, regardless the distance is well worth it.

I wanted to start an herb garden and the basil plant I bought was outside the entrance and was on sale too!

I'm just learning to do some woodworking and had several questions. It made the experience exciting for me to be able to get so much help.

The service was just Excellent! From the customer service desk (online order pickup) to finding solutions in the Garden area for dealing with Wasps and other flying pests...they were spot on! Fair prices and great service...HIGHLY Recommend. Just off the Guide Meridian, so easy to find! Thanks.

I could get lost in your store for days there is so much to see and learn, everyone is so helpful, if I have a lost look on my face they ask me if they can help me find it. I love my HD store. Your bathrooms are always clean, everything is organized nicely, big signs to help you find stuff, and there is a person in every isle to help you in what ever you need at that time. Even if they don't work in that area they will get on those voice boxes and find help for you. It's great. I have been through a lot of hardware stores in my lifetime and you guys have them all beat. So thank you for all you do and being helpful and happy about working with people like me. Kim

Product which I was looking was not available in store

I love this store. The prices are really good. I was looking for a new stove and went to a appliance store near by to check prices and they were double. I walked over the parking lot to the Home Depot and found the perfect stove for the perfect price. The other store charged for delivery and Home Depot did not. They are also going to remove my ancient stove for me (for a small fee of $15.00).

Although we could not find a plug n switch combo purchased prior, we did locate two at the self serve computer desk, and ordered two. Cooper™ does make some good combo devices! We enjoyed our visit to your store and will be back in ten days to pick up order ( awaiting a thank you reply we were told would be sent ).

Stuff I needed was easy to find, price was good. It was nice and cool in there and I liked it!

Although we had a general idea of where to find the products we were after, two employees stopped and asked us if they could help us find what we were looking for and that was nice. The checkout person was friendly and upbeat and helped us move forward quickly by using a handheld checkout. This was great because the other check stands had people in line with lots of items and we just had a few.
