My 90 y/o father bought this lawn mower as a surprise gift for me. I had never used an electric mower. I am a 65 y/o petite female. This was very easy to operate, instructions were clear, and I had my 1 acre property up to community standards in no time. The product seems very capable and solid at a reasonable price.

John (black gentleman) was the friendliest, most helpful person I have ever encountered! Very cheerful, professional and seemed so happily to be there. I heard that he’s been working at this location for well over a decade.

If you want to look at my reciept then higher people to check people out. Self check out is just that. I will not stop the next time someone wants to look over my reciept.

I haven't used the handheld vacuum I bought yet except to assemble and make sure it works after charging the battery. I felt I should mention the 4 people I interacted with inthe store because they all exhibited outstanding customer service skills. I walked in was immediatedly assisted by an associate who directed me to two areas of the store where I could find what I was looking for. I found the item at my first stop but checked out the second location where 2 people assisted with price checking between 2 items, Then Ron, at check out, was very friendly & helpful. A very refreshing experience in this post Covid environment.

I really enjoy this Belton store. I have been cut going to it for many years as well as some of the others but however I don't have a good review for them so I will just stick with the positivity of this store. I often do go out of my way to come here just because the stress of the other ones.

We purchased carpet a few weeks ago and simply love it! Great experience, with measuring, ordering, amount of time to receive carpet and scheduling installation! Will definitely use Home Depot again!

All the employees there were so helpful and friendly. I didn't go down an aisle but that someone would stop and ask me if they could help me or find something for me. Davis and particular with so helpful and helping me pick out my washer even going over reviews with me so that I could pick out the 1 That best suited me.

While Home Depot is not my preferred building supply store, a recent visit to the Belton store was made exceptionally better by Home Depot employee Donnie. Donnie was very helpful and made my shopping experience much better.

It makes a huge difference when I have to go for something in the hardware store. If there is no one to ask I usually walk out. Home Depot has stepped up their game in this department. We have choosen to shop for all our remodeling needs at Home Depot because we can get help now.

I bought a washer and had the BEST associate. She was very helpful and made a difference when the item I first picked was out of stock. Normally I would have just left and went somewhere else to buy the washer.

They don't seem to have anyone who can fill an order off of a sheet they printed. This has happened at least 3 times to me and this was the worst.

This is the most well run store Homedepot has. Very well stocked,organized and clean. Every employee is willing and able to help with your visit. It’s always a pleasure going there. Take it from a lifelong carpenter.

I had been to a few other appliance stores in the Metro KC area. Turning into my exit I notice there is a Home Depot store with a few blocks of my house. I had just moved into the Belton, Mo. area and hadn't paid attention before. I was in an urgent need for washer and dryer and the agent "RON W." made it a terrific buying experience and the delivery was the best I had been offered so far. Thank you, Ron W and Home Depot.

Britton spent all the time I needed to find the solution that worked for me. I took at least 10 trips back and forth from my truck to the aisle where he was helping me. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. It took us about two hours, but we finally fixed it!

I had to make several trips this holiday weekend for a large project. Each time the employees at the Belton store were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. Maddy was especially nice greeting us, getting me the special cart I needed from across the store and loading the car. He was friendly and never made me feel like a burden. I think this is the best home improvement store I have ever visited due to the over the top customer service. Someone needs to give these guys a bonus!
