lucky item purchased worked when installed. item should not have been sold as new.

The sales person for the patio door that I purchased did an awesome job, she knew all the right answers to my questions. The cashier how ever was upset that she had to restart the process as I added to my order, I spent over $1000.00 on this visit, she should have been happy to get such a big order, not very happy about her attitude, it really upset me on how she acted.

I got the help I needed, found everything I needed, and got out of the store quickly.

Becky in flooring was wonderful to work with. She helped me resolve issues with my carpet order very quickly and it turned out even better than I thought! She helped me get exactly what I wanted and within my budget.

Very clean, great lighting, organized logical with great signage so things are easy to find. Associates proactively ask if they can help! Associates are friendly. The store is a real asset to our community!

The store has a great team of associates, that go the extra mile to help customers. Help with selection and loading purchases. Also when you need to make a return... it is quick and efficient

The sales assoicate, Ray was a tremendous help. Linda H. was the greeter and was very friendly and directed us to our first location. I also liked that the most Christmas trees were at eye level. My only recommendation would be to put all the Christmas trees at ground level. The trees are very beautiful!

Cashier was very rude and not helpful. Did not want to price match an item, did not give me 10% off price match. Clearly could tell she did not want to be there.

The associates helped look up the product on line. They took us to it in the store. Another associate checked for more on a shipment that had come in. Every associate we passed or that passed us greeted us and asked if needed help finding anything. Everyone of them! That was wonderful. Thank you.

I was helped by a man named Ray in the plumbing department, he was knowledgeable and very friendly. He also answered questions from others that were coming up to him at the same time he was helping me and Ray was able to answer the questions with out taking much time away from his help to me. Ray was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. On my way to check out I asked for a manager so that I could commend him. I decided at that time that Loew's just lost my business. So thank you to the Benton Harbor store and to Ray.

The employee was very great and the store was nice clean

This is a good store to do business with. The people there go out of their way to be helpful when needed. Pro desk personnel know their products and services well and make suggestions or share ideas when needed or asked. Cashiers are helpful and courteous. Parking at or under the canopy is a big item for a contractor, as it saves time!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, the Store is clean, the associates are knowledgeable and always go out of their way to guide me to the product I seek. And the prices are reasonable. All in all, a great store for the home shopper.

As I walked into the store, I was greeted by the store associate, and asked if I needed help. Although I indicated that I was not in need of help, the associate noticed that I was looking at LED lights, and provided input that the signage was not providing as well as her personal thoughts on the usage of LED lights. She was very helpful, extremely friendly, and made the shopping experience better.

Associates always available to help or answer questions. There are other business in our area that could take lessons from this Home Depot on how to interact with their customers. This store is the best.

The store was clean, well lit and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! I interacted with the store manager and assistant manager along with several of the other associates. This Home Depot has really stepped up to the plate. I now prefer shopping here over the local Lowes

I am a contractor and am often in this store several time a day. I find the store associates at this store to go out of their way to be helpful. They know their products and services and are always willing to be helpful. Their cashiers are also most helpful. and knowledgeable too. I have always had positive experiences when shopping at the Benton Harbor Home Depot.

My favorite store. Went to competitor first and did not get help. (Early Labor Day ) Home Depot got help and superior guidance immediately. Will go to Home Depot first from now on. Plus saved $$

One of the cleanest Home Depots I have ever been to. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door. While I was looking for the items I was shopping for, within 60 seconds an associate was there greeting me again and asking if I needed any help. Once at the check out, was met by a very friendly cashier. Keep up the great work!!!

I had to visit the store at least 20 times during our home remodel and was always greeted by a friendly associate who was more than willing to help me find what I needed and offer suggestions. Very pleased wiith this store.

My wife and I were very pleased with the knowledge of the store associate when in the store recently to purchase a second refrigerator for our garage. We were unsure of what size and brand we wanted and with the associate's help, we were able to feel confident of the one we chose. It has worked out perfectly for our needs as a second refrigerator. Will feel confident in purchasing other appliances from this store.
