I especially like the helpfulness of the associates in the paint dept. Hardware is really varied and I buy alot of tools and for the money, Ryobi battery tools (with lithiom batteries only, the others are junk) really help my many projects. Also Ryobi is the only one I've found with fans that use the drill batteries. I own four of these and use them on my party barge to keep cool on hot days.

My wife and I were purchasing new carpet for our house. The sales associates were very knowledgable, helpful, and were able to help us get the carpet we wanted AND stay in our budget. They beat the competitor's price by a full $300!

Not sure why we are asked if an associate helped us find a product...seldom see an associate and when I do they are usually busy helping others. What is annoying is that I often see an associate stocking shelves and ignore those, like myself, that might be wondering about scanning shelf after shelf. You would think an associate would be trained to recognize a buyer in need of assistance.

On our recent visit to the store we were helped by an associate named Tucker. I will begin all my future visits asking for this guy. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service we have received in years.

The fellas working at the paint counter during my visit to Home Depot were great!! They were very knowledgeable, attentive, and very friendly!! I was a little confused trying to color match some 6 year old paint that Home Depot no longer carries, but these guys made me feel very confident in my decision & in their paint matching!! I'll definitely come back here for my all my painting needs!!

I spend a lot of time at home depot in Benton. I have a Lowes within a quarter mile from my home and would rather go to home depot which is six miles down the interstate because of my experience with the store associates at this location. Just in the last two weeks alone I've been in this store more than a dozen times. I've bought a new Cub Cadet riding mower, Refrigerator, paint for my deck and inside my home. I'm sure I'll be back again this week again. My wife has a lot of honey do's. All this being said I love me some Home Depot and especially the Benton location.

The associate that helped us was very friendly and helpful. He was also patient and helped us find exactly what we needed. Every department seemed to have an available associate and that made for a better shopping experience.

The store was very busy as it is yalls Spring Black Friday. The store was well staffed and able to help people locate items aswell as fast and very friendly cashiers and people to help load. Usually when a store is that busy employees act like they don't wanna help nor are they very friendly because of all the customers they have to deal with. The staff there is always friendly and helpful and that is why I continue to shop there. I manage a auto parts store and if I could get my employees to be half as friendly as yours then I would be doing great. I normally do not do reviews because the service you get is what we have all pretty much come to expect nowadays. But i feel i must commend this store because i always get great service and the deserve to be commended. Awesome jobs finding such wonderful people to staff your store with!!!

Unable to locate one sale item. Others very difficult to find. Associates difficult to find, although this is not ;usually to case. Maybe today was just a strange day. Usually have no problem at all with finding help or items we are looking for.

Spring Black Friday sale is awesome. Very fast check out and plenty of mulch in stock.

They always greet you with a smile and make you fell they are truly glad you came by.

I was looking for back splash for my kitchen and the associate was very helpful and found where i could get the tile that I needed to complete the job checked into ordering the tile for me.

During my visit I needed some plywood. An associate quickly helped me and answered all my questions. I did not have to wait in line to check and had help loading my lumber.

This is one of the cleanest stores I have ever been in and trust me I have been in a lot.
