I have been shopping at the Benton store since it opened and the service has been exceptional every time I visit. They stand by their products and always help me with loading. I highly recommend the Benton store.

Built my home in Hot Springs Village in 2018. Just about all the building material and appliances, excluding the concrete and roof trusses came out of the Benton Home Depot. I had a lot of help from employees who were retired building professionals. The only problem with well over $ 150,000 in purchases was some of the double pane windows leaked causing distortion in the glass. I have continued to made regular drives since 2018 to the Benton store even though there is a closer option in Hot Springs.

Store was short handed and could not get help to find items needed in tile and flooring area. Asked for help twice and no one ever responded. Settled for different color since we could not get help

It’s always a great experience. Online pickups to in store shopping. Store is always in order and workers are always helpful everytime I shop!

I went to Home Depot to get oil for weedeater, and a hose for my pressure washer and weed eater line and 32 pavers.. every employee that I passed asked if they could help and answered my questions and totally polite and respectful .. The young lady Sidney in the garden dept checkout was awesome to get me the help I needed.. And George loaded my 32 pavers and was also kind and respectful to me

Well I purchased the tomcat rodent repellent spray and I'm fixing to sweep and put it down and they were so nice to me and very helpful

The Benton Home Depot has the best staff and customer service. Unlike their competitor, you do not have to hunt someone down to help you with your purchase.

Many plants and shrubs almost dead today. Needing water and care. If homedepot would put these plants on sale them they ciuld at least get something for the plants, then gardners my be able to revive them . Win win. Other home depots do the same. Perhaps not enough help. Homedepot does alwas have a great variety to choose from but if dead no one benefits.

We hit up the outdoor area and the flowers were well stocked and had great prices! It's nice to be able to get everything you need for a project at one store. Employees were readily available to help if you needed it. Thanks HD!

There are times you need product information, or to know where an uncommon item is located and Home Depot has several employees who have been at this store for years and I find the one or ones who have aided me prior.

I have been doing work in my yard, so I have purchased the things that I need for the projects that I am working on. I am redoing two wheelbarrows that needs repair

this is the go to place for me since the store opened nice and helpful employees , great service , easy to get to Halloween is a blast to see as well, lots of things to get for the holiday

have shopped at home Depot store in Benton since its opening and will rarely go anywhere else unless the store does not have what I'm looking for, employees are nice helpful and always pleasant to work with

Talk to a young man about a chain saw and he was very knowledgeable about the items present in the section. He knew a lot of information and just what’s needed to get started.

Recently I had several questions about a home improvement project. I found an associate named Kelly who seemed eager to assist me but he also knew a good deal about home construction, which helped me. Then he assisted me purchasing a specialty type drill bit.

Sherri Stuart was very a true professional and Noah McNamee & Noah McIntyre were very professional and helped me hand load 25 sheets of drywall and 23 2x4x8 to my truck they showed great engagement and customer service while showing they were professional while they worked
