This store has friendly and helpful associates and it is not so big that you have to walk a mile to find anything.

All store associates are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly...they could even tell you the exact location within the exact aisle as to where the item could be found. there are SO many varieties of items with great prices on mostly everything in the store. Overall, just an AWESOME place to shop!

We were trying to make a change on our special order. It turns out only one person in the department knew how to do that. Once we got to her the procedure was a bit cumbersome, but the associate made it a pleasant experience. We were looking for brightly colored carpeting and their selection is limited, but still better than many other carpet stores in our area. The 60 day waiting period is because of the manufacturer, not Home Depot.

the store looks like it's going out of business once you find help they usually are friendly but it appears dilapidated the aisles are squeezed an still the stock is poor it is always hard to find what you need if there were anywhere else to go nearby i would i just can't imagine somebody thought this through or is this place as old as it looks. ------- i did not find any reviews of the product i purchased-------

In the beginning to middle of grilling season I would think the Tank Exchange Kiosk would be a priority to maintain in working order. Not happy!

Store associates are present but do not engage customers to ask if any help is needed. They walk around the store not making eye contact with customers and appear unfriendly and not interested in customer service. Some of them are looking at their personal phones instead of doing their job.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable of their department and Almost all employees are as nice as can be! The main reason I visit this store is because the Cashiers do NOT Constantly ask me If I would like to open up a home depot Credit card today. Bridgeville has asked me so many times I refuse to visit the location anymore.

Complicated choice of various products made easy by the store personnel, price was very reasonable in total.

I was searching for spray paint and an associate walked me to the item. I was unsure of how "true to color" the matching lid was so he then proceeded to take me to an area where he then sprayed the paint on cardboard to show the actual color. It was very close to what I needed so I purchased it. It he had not taken that extra step I probably would not have bought it. Thank you!

Was a very enjoyable shopping experience, Naomi in the electrical department was EXTREMELY helpful and got me everything I needed to start my project. She also is a very fun person to talk to! Would definately shop here again. Kind and helpful staff.

After a debacle on how Home Depot's plumbing contractor was to get paid, Linda was very patient and helpful in correcting the billing mess. It took several phone calls and a couple return visits to the store, but she was able to straightened everything out in a professional manner.

We went to buy a gas grill. After looking them over from the store display, store associate Ryan stopped by and asked if we needed any help. We said we wanted to buy a particular grill and he told us we could get it already assembled at no extra charge. So after purchase, Ryan accompanied us outside to look at the assembled grills. It didn't look like the assembled grill would fit in our vehicle, so Ryan went back inside and came out with a boxed grill and loaded it into our car. Excellent Service Ryan. Thanks.

OK. Most products that don't fit in certain types are hard to find.

This store needs more associates to help customers. This was my fourth time in this store in a week and I found that there were never enough associates around to help. When they became available, they were helpful.

I was shopping for lawn and garden supplies and there was an item i wanted and could not find. There was an associate by the name Naome and she was incredible helpful to locate and take me right to where the item was. She used a hand held computer device and she was right on top of things. I would never have found it without her help. Kudos Naome.

most of my visits here, it is hard to locate an associate for assistance. it has gotten better recently. i have been shopping at this location for several years.

This store is always clean with VERY helpful associates. The plants are well cared for, watered and healthy. The paint department associates and products are great. Their return policy is effortless and they make me feel comfortable - unlike other stores that make you feel guilty to take something back.

Let me start off by saying that I visit this store multiple times a week, if not multiple times a day. This is my favorite Home Depot as the associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and someone is always there. Today's visit deserves a little more detail. I came in today, flustered, dealing with a recurring lawn mower issue. Unfortunately for the associate that ended up helping me, he had to ask if he could be of assistance. Once I started down the path of what my issue was, I figured he would give me a shoulder shrug and say, "sorry, I'm not sure what I can do for you." This was not the case. I don't want to go into detail of the issues that he helped me with, but he went above and beyond in trying to resolve my frustration. In the end, and much time later, I left with my issue resolved. Not only did he spend a great deal of time and patience, he even thanked me for being a customer, noting he had seen me in the store many times. I obviously planned to visit this Home Depot many, many times again without today's experience. But, today's experience made me appreciate when people go above and beyond for a customer in a huge retail company.

Jonathan stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed help. He then stopped and showed me where the paper leaf bags were. I then asked him to help me with buying a particular light bulb. He immediately walked me over to the light bulb section and looked very hard for the bulb I wanted (I had the carton from a previous purchase). When he couldn't find it, he asked Ryan to help. They scanned my carton, found where the bulbs were, and Jonathan walked me over to aisle 6. Jonathan is a great young man and provided much help. Why do you keep that one particular bulb in aisle 6 instead of aisle 1 with the rest of the bulbs. Finally, there was a young man at the cash register who helped me with my "self-checkout". All three men were great representatives of your store.

The store was very clean and organized. The employees were very knowledgeable.
