This Bethesda Home Depot location is a step above the rest! Even on their busiest day of the year, Black Friday, they had knowledgeable employees, amazing customer service, and great products! Had the best experience I have ever had at a Home Depot! Wish we lived closer so we could continue to shop here!

The employees were very helpful. He took their time to answer my question and find the item I was looking for.

This is a good store. The workers like Rachele, Astrid, and Sean, etc make this store great so be nice to them... they do not have an easy job. Cons: I notice people parking their trucks right (right in front of the door), at the exit of the lumber area...it is terrible and I can not believe people are that selfish (but alas) they are. This really stinks and it makes visiting this store unpleasant. Sometimes you can not exit the building with a large load.

I appreciate to Scott and Jack. They were great and I thought I want to share my experience. It was 2minuets before closing the shop but, Scott gladly helped me to cut 30 pieces of wood bars. There was a person who was already helping me but when I said I need to cut these bars and he said it has only two minuets left before closing, which meant he could not help me. But at the back area I could see Scott and he was willing to do what I asked and carefully finished everything with smily face. And Jack was patiently waiting for finishing it and pull the heavy cart to the check out for me. I hope every associates at Home Depot are knowledgeable for the job, helpful and kind like Scott and Jack.

I find that every time I walk into this store, I immediately become invisible. If you are not a professional contractor, and particularly if you are female, no one working there can see you. When you do spend enough time and effort to find someone, you either get attitude ("why didn't you Google it?") or just a blank stare. Most of the employees don't seem to know anything about the departments where they're posted. Going into this store is like entering purgatory, and it has a really bad smell to boot. I really need to just start ordering stuff online and not stressing myself out with trying to shop there in person.

Clean store! Friendly associates. My shopping experience there was good. I got help to find what I was looking for and the checkout process was quick.

Employee in Returns Dept was visibly frustrated with her scanner that was not working. She banged it back to its cradle. She threw the returned items into bins one by one they came crashing down. I was visibly afraid of her that I left the line.

This store is close to my home and it is very convenient for me to shop there. I easily find everything because I shop there since they opened the store. Don't like when non professionals use PRO parking

I will like to reconice that cashier Emma has all the times been very friendly and fast in check out.

Associates show little interest in helping customers. They would rather stand around than help a customer find an item. When an item is not on the shelf but the computer shows 18 items in stock, they can't locate even 1 of them. There were not many customers in the store but there was little help to be had. Parking is very difficult. Small lot, chaotic.

Rob C went out of his way on a very busy holiday weekend to fabricate an extension for a dishwasher fastener so that I could securely fasten it to my countertop. He really understood the problem and thought critically about solving it - then he found all the pieces needed and fabricated the extension. It worked so well my wife loves me for having "finally properly fastened the dishwasher" While Rob C deserves much of the credit on this review forum I will take all the credit at home. THANKS ROB C.

I consider this home depot one of the best in the national capital region. Products that i needed were easy to find. associates friendly and helpful and if the store did not have something in stock. they would actually take time to call other locations and reserved those items for me to pick up or have it delivered.

This store is a good resource for both homeowners and those in the trades. While it is a smaller footprint, they have a lot of what one needs to get a project underway. The garden center is good and the aisle have plenty of stock. Parking can be a bit tricky, but it is a small lot, and seems to be getting smaller.

Store was clean; I got the assistance I needed (Pete was amazing helping me to get the flooring I needed). I found everything I needed.

Three Outstanding Employees. This quick shopping trip to the Bethesda Home Depot was a success thanks to three great employees who helped me out, in the following order. 1) Maria Ramirez, when you need help, she is always there, and eager to help, and she finds the solution to whatever your shopping question may be. She is a terrific employee who deserves to be commended for her great attitude consistently and outstanding job performance. Jocelyn at the Customer Service/BOPIS desk. She always greets you with a big smile, helps you find the 'hard to find items,' resolves any issues you may have with orders, merchandise, etc., and does all this with a big smile and a great personality. Jocelyn is another outstanding employee at this store who deserves recognition for her hard work. Finally, the gentleman in the outdoor lighting/electric dept. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but he was very helpful. He tested out the item I wanted to purchase to make sure that it functioned properly and met my expectations. He even had some good advice about the installation and application for the item which I ultimately purchased. A store is only as good as it's employees, and each of the above noted employees exceeded my expectations today. The rating scale above only has five stars. These three employees deserve at least 6 Stars!

Parking stinks but Yohannes in electrical was awesome as way Rose in customer service.

Great store, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. Store footprint and parking a bit cramped, no separate garden section. Plants kept on racks in front of the store. Great location if you are in the DC suburbs. Right across the street from the Montgomery Mall on Democracy Blvd in Bethesda.
