Frank at the Home Depot in Bethesda was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was purchasing a replacement fridge that had suddenly died. He did not try to sway me to purchase anything beyond my budget which I so appreciate.

Isle 8 is where screws and bolts, etc. are found. The shelves, drawers, etc, have become so bad that I found two customers pulling up seats and fixing the drawers....

I Like the cashier. Mayra at the Pro Desk, she was very friendly and helpful. She asks me questions about my purchase and greeted me with a smile. That is someone that is committed to her job and likes what she is doing. Lucky HomeDepot to have someone like her!!!

So glad to have this Home Depot in Bethesda. Staff is friendly and will help you find what you need. They updated their checkout lines and it seems more streamlined(and secure). Management seems involved in ensuring things go right.

I bought a washing machine from sales person Sharon Lee. She was very helpful and professional. Definitely would buy from her again.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and all of the employees were great in offering if I needed help. Especially Evelyn, she was very helpful and friendly and seemed to have great knowledge of the store. Will be coming here again!

I love the teamwork, and professionalism the employees exemplified, but most of all, they are very friendly. They made my purchase process fun and much easier.

Linda helped me with an online pick up that was not ready or available. She was extremely apologetic and helpful in checking me out with other items purchased. She did an awesome job!

Really terrific team at HD Bethesda. On a recent trip, Abiy took time to cut the best piece of lumber out of a 10’ board (split both ends). Majid cut PVC pipes and pointed me in the direction of other items. Dan in power tools opened a locked cage to look for a tool, found it way up high then pulled down with ladder. A gentleman in paints found paint I needed that was empty on the shelf but in a pallet for restocking. Finally Sabrina checked out my large order and made it quick and easy!

This is my favorite Home Depot Store. Staff is great and location is ideal for us.

The shopping experience is not pleasant anymore, your are not well treated by employees. The warehouse is at the same level of mediocre quality as the Gaithersburg or Cherry Hill warehiuses and soon will go as down as PG Plazza od the New York avenue warehouses.

I placed an order for Toilet installation on 7/17. This has been my worst service experience ever. It took me 3 visits and being sent from one department to another to place the order. After placing the order (for over 2 weeks), in-spite of regular follow ups and multiple calls / voicemails to the store, the installer has still not contacted me. Talked to multiple store associates, but no one seemed to have any idea what to do. Frustrated by this whole experience, I went to the store to cancel the order. But the customer service team does not even know how to do it ! Avoid getting installation services at this store.

I wandered around looking for items and when asking employees they either sent me to the wrong place or had no idea of the products. When I finally found the items on my own I went back to the original employees to show them the objects and where they could be found in case in the future someone else asked the same question. The couldn’t have been anymore disinterested

Manager Mike to a major asset. Too many personnel tell customers what they cannot do. He looks for what he can do to help a customer.

I have been shopping at this location since it was a Hechingers. Home Depot finally moved in and it remains a serious upgrade. Helpful staff. Good inventory.

Anthony and Myra are awesome! They went above and beyond to help me and it goes along way when everyone you called was unreachable and people pass you by. Kudos to the both of you; you are an excellent asset to Home depot. Thanks for helping me choose the right Portable Battery Charger...Yay!!!! The New cashier (Teresa) at bethesda home depot is a recent arrival from TN with her southern charm and melody in her voice, Does set you back 20-30 yrs to a more relaxing era. If you are not over 40 - 50 years old then ask your parents.

It was such a pleasure to have Evelyn as my cashier. She was friendly and informative. Evelyn is a true treasure at HomeDepot. I look forward to seeing her again in the store on my next visit.

when we were first renovating in 2018-2020, this store was TERRIBLE. Everyone was unhelpful and rude and just not willing to work but something has changed in the last year or so. I think maybe new management but now I have nothing but positivity. Darryl G. helped me out and went out of his way to do it. Most of the other employees seem to have the same attitude. Also shout to to Farzad in returns! He was super nice too. I'm very happy that my local HD has great customer service.
