Employee are great. Parking can be a problem at times.

This store is fun to shop at and contains everything needed to build an entire home. There is nothing like it for many miles around. It is also a hub of business supplies for the contractors I use. I only wish it would expand into the nearby empty store fronts.

Ollie is an awesome sales representative and cashier. She made my day!

Assistance is readily available. Associates are polite and knowledgeable. Great selection. Easy returns. Adequate cashiers and self-checkout available. The store was clean and products was easy to find, and even some products may have been relocated the associates were very knowledgeable of the new locations.

Employees all appear to know where things are located and are helpful once engaged. Sometimes it is hard to find them in the department.

Home Depot especially this location has the most inept employees. If you don't know what you want or how to do it I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location. If it is technical in nature... PLEASE do yourself a favor and seek advise from a REAL hardware store. You may spend a couple of dollars more but in the end you will save time and frustration. I am so tired of returning things because they sold me the wrong thing. Plus there parking is a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!

i can fine all of the products I want there, the people there are very nice.

When you can find parking quickly the store is going to be less packed and you won't find a better staff than what they have here; always going out of their way to help. Well run store just need to go off peak hours if you require assistance and a headache free trip.

Much improved. The store was very clean and well organized. Everyone was friendly and helpful, despite the customers' attitudes. The new PC-based cash register systems could use some enhancements but they sure do look good. In my case, the coupon I tried to use was for lawn and garden and the system did not really explain why it was rejected. With a 24 inch screen that should be easy to do. Anyway, prices are lowest as always, even lower than Amazon, so it was well worth the trip even w/out the $10 coupon.

Going to Home Depot it is a wonderful experience, to me it is the paradise; dreaming to improve our home with so many projects it is one of the most beautiful pastimes, and we can save money too. It is a good deal, an excellent deal, I love it! And you know what? I go very early and I feel like a King with so many advisors just for me...

Daniel Hugh - the cashier - was professional, personable and made our check-out a pleasure. This is NOT always the case at this store - and was/is appreciated.

Outstanding shopping experience ! Stanley in the lighting/electronics department was patient and resourceful. He provided to me the best options for solving the lighting problems at home. I had numerous light switches and luckily Rahila assisted me at the check-out. She pointed out that one of the switches was dissimilar to three other switches I was buying. Thank you Rahila !! She held my purchase while I returned the wrong switch to the shelf and replaced it with the correct one (they all had to match to work in a 3 way environment). It was a great day shopping at Home Depot !!

It is a very good store.

This store sucks big time. 1.Takes very very long to pick up online order; 2. If you are active duty military, please be aware the military discount does not always apply in the store. It's almost like they are afraid of giving it; 3. Parking is crowed; 4. Store items everywhere lying, poorly organized; 5. Staff not helpful or sme don't know enough to help. If you have other choices, I would recommend Lowe's or other HD store where you can receive much better service for your money.

The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is because of the congested parking situation at this store. They need more room for their commercial business customers and for their outdoor plant & garden center. The store and its staff are great, and I appreciate the variety of LED lighting products that are in stock.

The attention is wonderful I hope it stay like that for a while, thank you for "cashier Ollie" she make you fill like she is part of your shopping family.

Great store to shop home products. Service professionals are courteous and knowledgeable about areas where they serve.

I would recommend this store because it is a wee bit less chaotic than other stores - but, it has problems. Some employees are dedicated to getting the customer the right product - others couldn't care less, and the customer has problems with getting the employee to follow through on an an order. I've had a lot of problems with this store, if I need to order products that come from manufacturers (like doors) - the suppliers are sloppy, too - but that's not The Home Depots fault. However, if The Home Depot's employees don't go the extra mile on behalf of the customer, then the customer suffers. It's really hard to reach an employee by phone, too. The paint department is not properly staffed on many occasions - say, on a Saturday afternoon, which is a VERY BUSY time when customers want to get their paint. One person cannot possibly take care of many customers - they try their best, but the customer suffers. I notified the manager once on duty at the time (one Saturday afternoon) and she could not have cared less about me.

The store is organized and the associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Only once I encountered an unpleasant situation which was smoothly resolved by Sheyla and I am grateful to her. Thank you.

I work in Rockville and I purchase things I need for my business on a monthly basis , The aspen hill location is closer to me however I will rather drive to this one because everyone provides excellent customer service . Alice is great !!!

This store is convenient in location from my home. And I could get things that are available most time. It is very busy though.

This a VERY busy place. The service is very good and people are polite in general, but they are always busy. Suggest going early or late in the evening if you have intolerance of crowds.
