I love this store and everything it has to offer. I can spend time looking for what I need or want and if I can't find it, then I'm able to ask for assistance and get it with ease. I dont ever feel rushed or pressured into purchasing something I don't want or that won't work for what I need. This store is the best.

Company fails to maintain consistent policies on price matching. Front end cashier managers are either super nice or super nasty, but consistently flip flop between the two (for decades). Unfortunately competitors do not stock everything I need so I end up at Home Depot. I used to prefer Home Depot, remodeled a bathroom with mostly their products. One minor competitor treats all employees as professionals with professional pay and benefits. I will always support retailers who act in such a way first. Next in line for my support are retailers who truly want to be competitive. Home Depot has moved to the bottom of the choices for me. No more listening to "our 2 x 2s are spruce and theirs are pine so no price match" after 10 minutes of chasing down a staff member and another 5 for them to research prices.

The Lawn and Garden Dept (outside) was extremely helpful too me with my needs and answered my questions to the fullest.

I really enjoy shopping here. Tammy and her staff at the ProDesk are always friendly and willing to help. Sometimes I come in first thing in the AM and pick through the cull lumber for my students. I always get loading help and pricing help at check out. When buying larger quantities and more expensive materials, Tammy and her staff are very knowledgeable and always help me find what I need. It makes all the difference having good people there, ready to assist and get you what you need. Thank you Tammy and crew for supporting me, my students and our school! DMac

the paint guy was very helpful with making sure we got the right paint for a hard cover up. The flooring guy was very helpful showing us the right flooring for a new floor that I want in a room I'm redoing. I will have to order what I need but that is ok with me. Duane the cashier was very sweet and told a few jokes that were very sweet and made me laugh. Which in this world we need more laughter and smiles. Over all my experience at home depot is great thank you

Everyone is always there to help me when I'm in the store, especially Duane! He is so friendly and helpful. Always packs my flowers and pots so they don't get broken on the way to there new home! The store is always clean and neat. If I can't find something I just have to ask. Always get escorted to my location! Keep up the good work guys and gals you're doing a great job.

I used to shop at another store but as of the last year I have found Home Depot much cheaper on a lot of items and so much more helpful.

I wish I knew everyone's name.. from customer service to pro desk and in between.. I know most everyone in the store and they know me because I am in there once to five times a day.. from remodeling homes to working on commercial buildings to handy man work... I have become friends with everyone in the store... Bret . Zeta.. Jon.. tammy.. gary.. Bobbie.. Kristina.. Allen.. megan.. Andrea.. and I forget so many others.. you pretty much can say everyone because I talk to 99% of them we share stores and info on jobs they learn from me on how there products hold up and how to use them and how to better explain to other customers on how to use a product better.. I share my knowledge as they tell me what they know... together we make the difference for the every day person.. Personally I use enough of your products I could do reviews on most everything you have in your store from tools to kitchen sinks..

Always has everything I need and more!

This Home Depot needs some serious remolding and new employees with a desire to serve the customers. The hardware tool department is terrible. The rows are so narrow that you can't even get down them when people with carts are standing looking at tools. The tools are all spread out with no brand name order, so it takes forever to find something simple. The tools should be put in order and be all in a row and easy to find. It should not take an hour to find a employee to unlock a tool because 80% of their employees are afraid of covid and won't go near the customer. The appliance and flooring department is too big and is wasting all of the good store space, while the tools get a small little dark area. Even worse, the inventory is always out of stock in Billings. Build a new large tool area and put all the tools together. Don't spread them around the store. Contractors have a busy schedule, and if we need a Sawzall or Circular Saw, it should be a 5 minute stop. The blades should be near the saws in which the fit. The rows should be made large so people can walk past without being afraid of touching someone. There are many Home Depots like Sheridan, WY which are designed so much better. Billings should be remolded like Sheridan to improve customer experience.

Staff is always friendly.

The store was clean and neat but the best part was Duane, the man that checked me out. He was so up-beat and happy and that is so nice especially in today's world!

Employees were very helpful and interested in what I was looking for. They didn't avoid me and walk past me. Instead they asked if they could be of help in any way.

Especially during this time of covid I really appreciate that someone is sitting at the door not just to greet customers but more importantly to ensure mask usage. I work at a hospital so take the pandemic and mandated safety measures very seriously and appreciate those businesses that do as well, especially as not all of them do!
