My local store, Biloxi, Cedar Lake, is my go to place for home improvement, lawn and garden, building supplies, appliances, etc., The store has plenty of helpful, knowledgeable employees. Particularly the ladies that work in the customer service area on the North end of the store. They are polite, helpful and know what they are doing. Also they are accomodating.

Ended up in the design area for cabinets, but the lady stopped to take us to the right isle and found the best selections for us to choose from. This is the best Home Depot!

We were looking at GE stoves and Carolyn is the lady we spoke with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just a quick purchase for some rust oleum paint. Turned out to be an overall good experience. Got exactly what I needed and got in and out fast.

When my toilet seat broke I had the hinge replacement kit delivered to my home. Unfortunately, the kit did not work for my toilet seat, but it was very simple to return the kit to the store the next day and find a toilet seat to replace my broken one. A very helpful salesman helped me find what I needed.

We purchased a Karran sink and a disposal flange, re eived the sink, but no flange (separate box) and no tracking number to track status. We have talked to Several home depot people who say the vendor will send another but again no tracking number OR FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION FROM HOME DEPOT. It's been 10 or so days and we still are waiting to receive a tracking number, or package. POOR FOLLOW UP BY HOME DEPOT. We have spent considerable time on phone with HD and yet to have anyone call us back with status.

This visit to HD was different. The attitude of the staff was positive, they genuinely seemed to be happy to be there and ready to provide service. The two persons working in doors were very knowledgable and helpful; instead of dodging me, two other young men asked if I needed help then proceeded to help me load a heavy patio door into my truck. Keep up the good work.

Katie Klinger provided exceptional customer service while making a Milwaukee tool purchase. She was able to locate everything we were looking for, and she stayed with us throughout the entire transaction. We shop Home Depot regularly and this was by far the best experience on a busy Saturday morning ever! Great job Katie Klinger!

My last experience at the paint department was beyond exceptional. An employee named Na Bria was extremely helpful with some specialty paint products that I was unfamiliar with. She anticipated my questions before I even thought to ask about them and was patient and smiling the entire time. Give her a promotion or raise because she’s definitely management material

great place and don’t slap my hand i said what i wanted . and for those who didn’t see it told me my review was too short and had to redo it

The staff asked me if I needed help, took me to where I needed to be in the store and helped me locate the exact items I needed. Excellent service!

My experience was awful

My recent visit to the location, mid afternoon, was frustrating. Several aisles were blocked off as associates were loading merchandise. In the lumber area on the back two rows, there were several loaders full of what looked like pick up orders or pre orders. In addition, there were several pallets stacked in the aisles. Tried to get to the gutter downspouts, and I had to climb around stacked stuff in the aisle. Forget about using a shopping cart. This is not the first time I have visited this location and noticed similar issues. Clutter seems to be a standard. Hard to move about in the store with blocked aisles, pallets or loaders full of merchandise. Home Depot is closer to my house, but they make it difficult on the shopping experience. Why are they not stocking before or after the store is closed? When the doors are open, the customer should be the main priority and attention. The store should be ready to sell products...not stack, stage and move them around with customers trying to shop and navigate the store. Home Depot appears to cater to the contractor...not as much to the home owners experience.

Awesome experience and exceptional staff. Highly recommend the Biloxi Home Depot location. They got request done and never hesitated. I was upfront/honest with what I needed. The staff went above/beyond with my customer service experience. Exceptional quality staff.

Everyone helped us very quickly. The problem came in when we went to the commercial check out and the man we had ringing us up was really really rude and may have said one word the whole time we checking out. I thought maybe he was not able to speak. I tried making conversation with him to no avail. I wish he would’ve had a name tag on so I could give his name but I didn’t see one , if he did in fact have one on.

The Biloxi store is well laced out and very orderly, but the store front entrance is really oddly configured.

Please start hiring people that have some contractors background not just the pretty girls off the street. Do not know anything about construction.

I bought an outdoor fan/swamp cooler but it was up on a high shelf and everyone came together and scrambled to get it down for us! Richard and Gerad (bad spelling) (fork lift guy)were super helpful and everyone was so nice!

I love this store. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Clean and organized especially the garden department.

If you go to the Biloxi Home Depot look for a guy by the name of Joseph, he is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the products you are looking for. I'm not used to getting such great customer service but you can tell this man likes his job and enjoys interacting with customers. There was also a nice man named Brodie who took the time to help me with the Home Depot app on my phone, both men went out of their way to help us and I really appreciated all the help!

She really helped us make a great decision on our floors and guided us through the process. She is one of many reasons why we chose the Biloxi store and why Home Depot will be completing our flooring project.

The Home Depot is my favorite store!
