Cashier Amrit was excellent. Nice to be in the company of such friendly, genuine people.

Customers deserve respect. Video recording in the store is excessive, obnoxious and unnecessary. Management hides behind employees. I will not return to any Home Depot store anywhere.

We headed over about 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night and managed to get several tasks done including looking at blinds that we had researched online. Really appreciated the help from Dolores at the check-out station. Several people we talked with were very friendly and well-informed. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations too!

As Home Depots go the Bitter Lake store is the best in Seattle as far as I am concerned. I have been to all of the ones in Seattle and Tacoma and find this store to be the friendliest and the staff most ready to help. It is relatively easy to find someone to get a question answered and they are very knowledgable of the store and location of products. The Cashiers are all very friendly; particular shout out to Amrit, Anh, Virgie, Evelyn, Miguel and Lemuel. Keep up the good work

I like to go online to the HD website, to look up items and confirm whether they are in stock at my store (Seattle - Bitter Lake). It's pretty amazing to me that in almost every case they have what I need in stock. Only rarely is it necessary to order the item for pickup, or track it down at a different HD store. Also they have a well stocked tool rental department available for unusual projects, such as refinishing wood floors. The employees, cashiers and sales people throughout the warehouse, are always friendly and helpful. Great store!

The thing I like best about this store is that I never have trouble finding someone to help me. I really appreciate that. The employees are always willing to help and if there is something they don't know, they will find someone who does.

I've been to several Home Depot stores, even though they are similar, this one feels like home. The store is well stocked, the employees very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic - it's less than a mile away. Plus, there is a food truck in the parking lot - a really good one! What's not to like about that?

Do not bother going to this location, just stay in the car & drive to the Landers location!

The staffing at this store has improved over the years, especially relative to the competition down the road. Some of the checkers actually know things! Beware sale items, though. These are often poorly made, return-and-complaint prone items the company wants to be rid of. Product reviews can save you HUGE headaches.

All the employees are knowledgeable and great for questions about products and projects. Cashiers were great.

About 90% of the time I am able to get everything I need at this store. I've been shopping at this store since they opened their doors for business. Therefore I never have any problems finding the things I buy repeatedly. When I need something I haven't bought before it usually doesn't take much effort to find an associate to help me. The associates are EXTREMELY helpful and usually make me feel like their life's mission is to serve ME. They obviously understand that I'm the one with the money and it's their job to help me get what I need to spend it on - just the way employees in all stores should be! I always find this store clean. And it seems the associates make an effort not to leave equipment they use or boxes they have emptied blocking any isles. This is important to me, especially if I have to shop during their busy hours when the store is crowded with other shoppers. I also very much appreciate their self-serve check out registers. There is always an associate standing there to help me. And sometimes they help me even if I don't actually need help. They are WONDERFUL!!!

For a big box hardware store it isn’t bad. They end up with some diamonds in the rough as well...like Dolores one of the cashiers. Helpful, expedient, and smiles.

Before the home depot is very good Now is not good in this store

Beyond the amazing selections and variety, (many stores can do that), is the folks there. Not sure how they can hire so many skillful and positive people, but they have. I will always come here driving past a few other similar stores.

Dolores is an amazing staff.

Good prices. Clean and well-organized. Lots of options. Inexpensive gardening supplies, such as organic potting soil. Helpful staff.

We like shopping here because things are generally easy to find, and with the exception of some tools, they are always more reasonably priced. The garden department is a pleasant experience lately; because the manager, she is friendly and no pressure; doesn't act like she's "looking-down" at us like we've experience elsewhere, but instead talks with us like a friend, and helps all she can.
