Helpful staff make the difference, positive, helpful, and smiled!

Kevin who works there was very helpful and friendly in helping me find the materials i needed. Also checking up to see if i had found the materials i was searching for. As a novice handyman that is still learning about what materials i can use to solve my projects, it was much appreciated. Llani was also helpful and was a friendly person who helped me look for items and also checkout. All in all made the shopping experience feel like an enjoyable experience when employees put the extra effort in making the whole experience like a warm experience.

I have made 5 major purchases there over the last 3 months and have had a huge issue with them all. From 3 thousand dollars of carpet with 5 day guaranteed installation being 3 weeks late to a washing machine delivered e days late as well. They have no cashiers when there should be many and force the customers to use self checkout on 2 machines while 3 employees and a security guard looks on. It's a joke of professionalism! If I can help it I will never do business there again. But it's not like there is too much choice left.

We had a wonderful experience working with Hamed in ordering window blinds today. Our Home Depot sales person named Hamed was very informative, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He also informed us of great sales and we saved hundreds of dollars buying our blinds from Home Depot instead of from the manufacturer or window covering specialty stores. Honestly, Home Depot has the best prices by far.

There are a few decent employees at this store and several employees that just don't measure up. TRAINING would help. PAYING ATTENTION would help.

Roy stepped in and helped me find the washer I needed after hearing a poor response from a young person who wasn't willing to help. That young person told me she was going on break.

I was purchasing a large amount of paving stones and the automated online ordering process was preventing me from completing the transaction. The store SME staff; Evily, Zoe, Travis, and Jennifer helped get the ordering process solved and the placed the order for me. This helped keep our schedule for the project on-time and within our budget. These solve-the-problem customer service staff are friendly, kind, courteous, efficient, and genuinely interested in assisting any customer. Thank you.

Yuck! Avoid this store unless you don't mind a messy store with minimal customer service, not by everyone, but pretty bad at check out.

Brian at the store was very helpful. Even opened a lane so I could get done fast. Also had me open a new account to save me $25.00

Llani in the appliance department at Bitterlake store provided excellent customer service and made the purchase of a major appliance enjoyable. She recommended models and features, took our order and set up delivery and installation in a very timely manner.

Great experience shopping blinds at Home Depot. Hamed the sales person at the flooring and blinds section was great.

Roy in plumbing went above and beyond to help us and all of the other customers around him. It was a busy day but he was on top of it and extremely helpful in plumbing, and also was helpful in guiding us to departments outside of his area. Great service from Roy.

Several items, including a new HW tank, were delivered January 11th. 2 weeks later it was unpacked to find the bottom spicket was broken off, and tank had to be uninstalled and returned to the local store for a replacement. The service desk individual was a GEM!

CASHIER MADE THE WHOLE VISIT WORK FOR ME.

Everyone at this Home Depot location is upbeat, friendly, and extremely helpful! I've been going to this store for decades, and I keep coming back for the helpfulness of those folks in the orange Home Depot aprons. They educate you, show interest in your project, help you problem-solve, and walk you to the exact location of the item you're looking for. Stuff is stuff, and you can buy it anywhere, but it's the people here that bring me back to this store again and again.

Always friendly and very helpful with answering my questions. I can always find assistance when walking around the store.

Problems at this HD make it more challenging and more expensive for the honest shoppers. The shelves are frequently messy, not well stocked, and not easy to find what I need (parts and customer service included!). As is typical, the employees are a mixed bag... some good, some not so good. It's hard to say about management as it it difficult to tell who is who and who is the boss.

I’m lucky enough to centered between 2-3 Home Depot’s. I always choose this one because the street it’s on has lovely scenery. I love to drive up and down every time I visit and admire the local beauties!

When I am able to find an employee who is on the floor they are almost always knowledgable and helpful. Easy to find someone off hours 7-9 pm.
