I recently purchased all new appliances for my home. When the delivery arrived there was an issue with the wrong refrigerator being delivered. After phone calls to straighten it out, I needed to go to the store and speak to someone. Courtney at the customer service desk was extremely helpful in explaining and ensuring i got the correct items and was charged the correct amount.

Sanita Shandil was very friendly and knowledgeable about dishwashers. She helped me decide which one was the best for my needs and budget.

I am a contractor and I have two credit lines that I WILL BE CANCELLING on account of your policy change of discontinuing the commercial discount. The new program of a shell gas discount is a waste of time. They are overpriced to begin with and figures differently in my books. There is no longer any incentive for me to keep these lines of credit!!!! I would rather buy my materials from local suppliers anyway. And they give me discounts.

I had several home improvement projects going at once and needed many different things all at once. It was a enough to drive one nuts. The people are fallible but nearly all the staff there will go out of their way to help you find what you need. They will ask you the right questions and help you find the answers to questions you may not have even thought of. Which for me saved me both time and money. Thanks Guys for a Job Well Done!

Clean, organized. A staff greeting you at the entrance to direct you to where you need to go. I looked up what I want online but after the advice from he store associates, I bought a different brand and is completely satisfied with it. Must visit the store before purchase.

This store is always bright and well organized. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service desk always ready to help. Check-outs are quick and efficient. I love this store and will shop there again as well as refer my friends to it.

Love roaming around and impulse buying especially in the spring and summer at the garden center

I called Home Depot today hoping to track down a Milwaukee mobile tool chest (the beastly one that everyone likes) as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend (also beastly, but in a highly admiring kind of way). Ana, who I understand is the hardware manager at this Home Depot, told me it was not in-store for the most part, as it had been one of those rabid Black Friday items that got shopped over by mercenary dawn-shoppers. She suggested we look online, and, failing that, at the DeWalt mobile chest, of which there remained only one in stock – a display model which had been discounted a bit. She offered to hold it for us. My boyfriend checked out (and approved) the DeWalt out elsewhere and I said I'd happily snatch it up for Christmas. I mentioned he'd wanted one for some time but hadn't pulled the trigger, and that he'd be pretty thrilled with it. After my phone purchase, Ana called me back later and told me she'd dressed it up in a huge velvet ribbon – plus she'd taken the time to create a lovely green handmade card with "Merry Christmas" on it along with his name. So unexpected and so cool. I think it's pretty rare when people go so far above what's expected of them at their job, making an extra effort to create happiness for others. When it does occur, I tend to think it's less about trying to excel at your job than evidence of genuine innate pleasure at the act of kindness itself. I want Ana to know how appreciated that kindness was. Thanks for making our Christmas better. The people in your orbit are lucky to know someone so unique and generous.

Every time I've gone to this Home Depot, I get approached by more than one friendly, smiling floor associate asking if they can help me. They look me in the eye inquiringly, with a big grin. If I say yes, then they always walk me right to the correct aisle and show me the item I'm looking for. They will answer questions about the item, show me alternative items, and offer do-it-yourself tips for my project. This is the level of customer service that I find at my neighborhood mom-and-pop hardware store. I find this a refreshing personal touch for a large national chain. I will keep shopping at this Home Depot for my home project needs.

Had a poor experience a while back, and the associates have been so much better lately. I mostly worked with Omar on my most recent visit, as he was an expert with lighting, and he was awesome. A couple other associates helped me with curtain rods and garden, and they were good too, but our interactions were brief so I can't remember their names.

Sometimes help is available and at other times a knowledge associate can be difficult to find. And if you want a cart, check the parking lot as there are almost always plenty of carts in the lot. Makes me wonder why the manager doesn't have his people gather up the carts a bit more often. It appears that some employees (not all) are more concerned with some busy work rather than being ready, willing, and knowledgeable to help the customer. After all, not every customer knows where everything is. It appears to be a problem that starts at the top. Good management trains and maintains good employees. This store has a mix of good and not-so-good employees. Sometimes I just have to leave without everything I want and hope to be able to find it at the competing store a few blocks away.

One associate was helpful but disappeared finding additional help was impossible!

The help at the return desk was fast informative and pleasant. This can take forever at other box stores

I was hesitant to go in the day after Thanksgiving, but the whole experience was delightful. I got a great deal on a new washer and dryer, and there were plenty of associates available. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I cleaned up on deals!

I was returning about 60 pieces of lumber. An employee saw that I needed help in finding and loading the lumber on the carts. He was extremely helpful in loading the carts from my truck and rolling them to the returns department. The clerks at the return department were efficient and helpful in making sure that my credits were made. Great service.

As a small business owner, I have found the pro desk extremely helpful! The associate who worked wiht me, Venus, was particularly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make my experience a great one!

There were several aisles closed off with stairs left in them, but otherwise I found what I was looking for and associates helped me quickly find parts I needed for my project in one trip. I like it when the right people are available to assist and it made my experience a great one.

I find hardware stores challenging, most of the time. So much to choose from, and they are HUGE and I never know where anything is, and I never know the correct name of the items I'm looking for. But this store made it super easy. I was greeted at the door, and directed to the section where the items I was looking for would be located. When I got there, there was another associate - recognizable by his bright orange apron - who was available to further direct me to the exact spot I needed..., this, despite my lame description of what I was looking for. As I was browsing the selections, another associate asked if I was finding everything okay. Best dang experience at a hardware store ever!

We shop at this store at least once a week. I am a property manager and we buy a lot from home depot. Few times I have gone myself to the store and the items are easy to locate and staff is always willing to help. My workers will say same thing as well. Keep up the good work.

This Home depot is organized well and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot makes me a bit nervous, with the people who hang out in the parking lot.

Employee who cut my blinds did not cut them to the size I asked. Employee also did not offer me a choice of color, even though there were several available options. The cashier had horrible gas and I nearly gagged. I do not recommend this store.

We had two somewhat extended contacts with two employees in the plumbing section. Both were very helpful and cheerful to boot. We were only looking at this time, but found two products we will likely to return to buy. Later we bought a couple of items in the garden section, and the checkout clerk was good too.

The associates are always helpful and I usually find what I'm looking for. Sometimes I find things I need that I couldn't find elsewhere or didn't even know existed.

Each time I go to this store all the associates are really helpful.

Rick in Hardware deserves recognition for his excellence in customer service. He went above and beyond for my individual needs in hardware. He was extra certain to impart his unbiased knowledge on the specific products I needed and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with every aspect. He went out of his way to put together a sample of the hardware ensuring I understood every step. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. What an obvious asset Rick is to Home Depot!!
