I needed a small piece of melamine shelving. I found a piece the exact size I wanted, but it had not price. Depak, who works in the lumber department, checked it out and told me that it was not a size they sold, so I should just take it home for free. This is a less usual occurrence than in years past, so kudos to him!

Visited this store on Black Friday and was impressed by all working.Rob,Mark and Karen were all great to work with.

The employees in the story are always helpful, and they go out of their way to provide information to use the item purchased.

Home Depot is a friendly place to shop, good selection. Great customer service, if you're ever in the garden section look for Rob very professional, friendly and he knows his stuff. We have bought ovens, snow blowers, lawn mowers amoung other things always had good customer service and everything is working great.....

I had a plan for a painting project that was improved upon by the Paint associate, Lesley. What I was going to do would have worked only short term and ultimately cost me more in time and money. Lesley is a Paint Pro Rockstar!

I was checking out in the garden center, I asked to use my military discount. I was informed that you have to have the home depot App to get the discount. The internet was not connecting they refused to give me the discount.

I would not recommend this store unless you are willing to be thrown in the ring against associate VS associate.

I went to 4 different stores to find a pot for my indoor plant. Quite frankly the selection was not good in all of them. Home Depot, while not having a huge selection, had the best. The other stores had small rather ugly pots that had either poor or no plant saucers.

Rob, one of your floor representatives, and his manager Chris at your Pheasant Ridge Blaine location were very helpful in getting what we needed to remodel our main-level bathroom.

I just had the best experience I've ever had at this home depot. Dean didn't know about the appliances we were looking at but he was actually determined to find someone to help us, which I don't think I've ever experienced before. We were actually able to sit down and talk to Miranda about the appliance we were purchasing. It was really great. We left feeling very good about the purchase.

Found what I was looking for in the store. Was happily greeted by Marla when checking out. Haven't had a bad visit any of the Home Depots I've visited. Always helpfully and cheerful employees greeting you, offering help, and assisting in any way they can.

The countertop designer, Lisa, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She got me quotes and answers quickly. She was even able to help me via phone rather than in-person due to a snow storm. Because of her quick help, I was able to move forward before the sale ended!

I bought all of the material to rebuild my deck here, to the tune of around $20,000. Their staff has always been helpful and willing. Sometimes there was a bit of a learning curve, but we got through it. Everybody that I've worked with has been very accomodating and helpful.

I came into Home Depot with a specific item in mind to purchase. Spencer helped me find a discount and followed it all the way through the checkout process.

I went to five different departments in this store. I could not find help in one department. There was an associate in lighting on his phone that I had to ask for help after standing in front of him for two minutes. In the storage container area there were three ladies chatting, not wanting to interrupt, one finally acknowledged me. Went to Tools to buy a $300 Milwaukee drill and some batteries, Again three gentlemen chatting, I interrupted them and asked for help, they clearly weren't going to offer it. The cardboard display was empty so I asked if there were some somewhere else. He went back to his station and looked up the wrong ones. he said he guessed they were out. The other two were still chatting. I said I still needed the Drill which was locked up. He got the drill and said he had to take it to the checkout before I could touch it. The checkout guy run the order and handed me the receipt. That is when I noticed it was $150 more than I expected. I should have been paying more attention to what he was ringing up. When I called it to his attention he had to get the guy who carried it up so I walked over to his station where the other two were chatting. The guy who was to help me asked the other guy (chatting) to go cover for the clerk who checked me out, he just walked away. The gentleman that helped me checked the shelf and what I had pointed out to him that I needed and he verified I had the wrong one and that I could return it. I went back to the checkout where Clerk had my other purchase and asked to return it. No one had covered for him yet. Still couldn't touch the drill. He had to carry the drill to customer service. There was one lady in customer service printing out clearance price tags. She told me I had to wait. I then told her of all my experiences in the store and she just walked away. A young girl came up to the register and credited the credit card for all my purchases. Not one "may I help you" or "sorry for the inconvenience" All these people were over 50 so I would expect they understood customer service but the only one that showed any interest was the one young girl that cancelled my order. I will remember this experience for a very long time and will share this episode with all my friends and colleagues
