Home Depot has a GREAT bunch of VERY helpful people. We practically built our home from the Jasper Home Depot. Each and every one of the employees we met and asked questions were more than helpful. 👍

Just wish we could have received the appliance quicker.

I enjoy shopping at the Blairsville Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and I never wander around looking for an item. The employees are eager to help me and find just the right product I need.

This store is the best Home Depot I have ever had the pleasure to shop in. All the staff are helpful, always willing to assist and Customer focused. They keep the store well stocked so usually have what you need but if not they can get it delivered pretty quickly. I have spent a lot of time and a lot of money this past couple of years with them and I have always been treated with the utmost respect in the store. Great place to shop.

Difficult to find someone to help. Lack of interest from employees, lack of products compared to other stores. High prices.

In the last few weeks I have had late deliveries, was charged extra to change to a specific delivery date but product came 5 days later. The freezer I bought did not work and I have had multiple contacts trying to get it picked up and to receive a refund. OI scheduled a planning session in Kitchen cabinets, sat for 2 hours while your rep worked on the computer coming up with the exact plan I had handed to him in the beginning. He gave me quotes without ever showing me any cabinets, asking about special features I might want. Tese were just a few of the problems with which I continue to deal.

I placed my order in my driveway and by the time I got to the store it was ready to go! Super staff and very friendly, truly made a difference in my hectic day- thanks so much!!

Still waiting fir someone to come fix lower window on storm door purchased...

The store was very clean, aisles were easy to navigate. The staff was very helpful and gave easy instructions on where to locate items that I needed.

Got my Maytag washing machine, and the service was excellent.

I ordered a 42” riding ryobi mower. It was delivered exactly when I was told it would be and it was already assembled and charged and in perfect condition. Thank you HD

The delivery was after the delivery window! The installer forgot to turn on the water line to the fridge! The installer did not take any plastic protection cover off fridge including behind the handle bars, which proves to be very difficult to take off now!

I live in Atlanta and have a rental in Blairsville. I wait to do my shopping at the Home Depot in Blairsville because their staff is unmatched. They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional.

It doesn't seem like there's enough employees to give the customers the service they deserve. For a month straight, I was in this store everyday and more then once I had to try and find someone to help me. Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone and ended up buying the wrong things and it seemed like I was going back and forth over and over again. Hopefully your company will be hiring more people soon. I bought the item but when I got to the car I realized it wasn’t exactly what I needed so I went back inside and an associate showed me the one I needed and I got it quickly exchanged

Ryobi batteries are too expensive for the preformence they give . Have bought 7-10 40v and 10+ 18v in the last 8 years!

Need associates who seem interested in helping, not standing around or walking by so fast as not to be bothered. The paint department is never friendly, won't come from behind that desk to help you, always "I don't know, go look down there". Need more cashiers, and better return desk.

Purchased 4x4 's employee helped load 2 10' and 2 16' onto cart one 10' was a little buggered and asked if I wanted to replace, declined since it w would be hidden by group contact.

The title says it all. I enjoy shopping here and I'm grateful that we have a store in Blairsville.

Self service. No help around

I bought a riding lawnmower for $2,499.00 and Home Depot tried to deliver a lower amount one $2,299.00. Two months before we had a freezer delivered I had to help deliver , one of the young men that delivered it looked sick or on something. A lot of money spent to have with delivering wrong products. Bill on the other hand knew more about lawnmower than salespeople . Also young man in returns desk in store was helpful. Rescheduled both items to be delivered.

This is a review for a great customer experience I had at the Blairsville, GA location. I hope I'm getting this employee's name correct, I'm pretty sure the name on his apron was in fact Gary. He greeted me with a smile and a "Good morning"! How can I help you, Sir?" Very refreshing in today's day and age. We had a very pleasant conversation, where he told me he was working as a part time employee following his retirement from Home Depot after nearly forty years with the company. I had a sample jar of some exterior stain of which I needed a gallon, and he had it mixed and on the counter inside of less than ten minutes. He was quite possibly the friendliest, most professional and courteous employee I might ever have encountered at any of the many HD stores I've visited from coast to coast and many points in between. Please let him know how much his customers appreciate all he does to serve them. Oh...and please grant him a raise!!

3 separate times went to this store looking for Appliances, (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and now 2nd refrigerator) employees never help or are reluctant to provide information, if you can locate an employee to help. what a waste of time

Super staff - very helpful and friendly

I'm in the Blairsville Home Depot several times a week ( Sometimes several times a day) and the people that work there are always kind, friendly and helpful. It gives the store a small hometown feel that you can't get much of anymore. Love it there, several employees say heck you're here so much you should get a job there.

I am a retired Army officer and have shopped regularly at Home Depot since returning to my birth community and building a retirement home here 20 years ago. I have never had an unpleasant encounter with an employee. Rather, they have all been friendly and efficient and even give me a military discount. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HOME DEPOT.

Mark, an appliance salesperson greeted my wife and I while looking to purchase an upright freezer. He showed us the different types of freezers based on our needs and closed the sale with our purchase.

I have frequented the Blairsville Home Depot on several occasions. The staff have been, with only rare exceptions, knowledgeable and more often than not, go above and beyond to render assistance.
