Many Associates offered help and actually brought me to items, store is clean, easy to find items, and check out was quick... I was in self check out and the cashier actually scanned my items for me I am Mgmt Level and Recommend this store. Prices are good

Great experience once again. I called and the woman that answered found the product I inquired about and told me she would have them waiting for me at the customer service desk without me even asking. I got to the store and Kayla (KKG1955) was assisting me and she was so kind & polite and helpful. She found my items that had been set aside and finalized my sale. I just feel these girls always go above and beyond and I always have a pleasant experience.

although I only needed household products the pro-desk associate helped me find what I needed to save me time

I will only rate this store a 10 because of the associate cashier and one time greeter Mark - MXE2721. I have seen Mark talk to the loader Rich or Rick I can't remember his name but the loader is a tall white guy with white hair I believe and with a larger stomach. He also seem like a good loader always loading things by him self. I give the loader Rich or Rick one of those is his name a 10 score only because of Mark positive ways I will rate the loader and the store a 10 nothing else. I rate Mark MXE2721 a 20 to 100 score. But other than that all the yrs. I had ever shop at home depot no one has ever made me laugh and happy with positive words like Mark. Good employees like Mark tend to move on when nothing better is giving to him I mean that is what I believe. He is so young with positive energy he can be much more than just be a cashier but a GREAT cashier. I wish Mark the best and I really hope the store don't use his reviews to better it self without moving him up. Cashier Mark MXE2721 score rating 100 more than a stupid 10. Also Mark told me to rate some employees well ok the only next person I can think of is BEN Depot a score of 10. Remember I'm only doing this because of Mark Mxe2721.

THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS VERY EASY TO FIND.

I am a DIYer who has set foot in many Home Depots and other similar stores. In my experience, you get a mixed bag when it comes to the attitudes, knowledge or service of the people working there. Props to the Bloomfield HD for being on the high end of that spectrum.'Was super impressed and happy with the service received from two associates who went above and beyond to help me pick out my peoject supplies, make recommendations, and then load all of the stuff into my truck. I encountered two other associates who were also pleasant and helpful during this same visit. I would choose this HD over another one that's closer to me because of this experience.

Whether for personal or business needs am glad there are 3 Home Depots in my area.

I have seen this great employee Mark -MXE2721 the cashier work hard even when bad racist customers threaten to deport him even though he is America I think that is bad & ridiculous statement evil folks say. Some customers are just racist he gave me and all the other customers their 5% when the customers ask for it when using the Home Depot card which is the correct way. Everyone please don't listen to any negative feedback if this place in Bloomfield, Ct had all bad workers than why would people still come back to buy from them something must be good here. Overall my life goals are now booming I give credit to Mark MXE 2721for he told me some positive news and gave me tip on how to look at life in a positive manner. LOVE HIM. I've seen folks in line saying they will gave Mark a 10 or more score yet I haven't seen many great reviews on him. Maybe the company is Jealous or nervous that a Young black man will out shine their none black workers. I'm a white female and I'm telling you this man does his work he deserve more then just to be a regular cashier. I recommend Home depot move this man to head cashier or management position very soon before someone offers him a better offer. Or I will when I see him next time. I hope everyone will see my review online and the company doesn't delete it, if they don't post this awesome comment I will make a powerful complaint against the company. Overall good company in Bloomfield, CT of course.

Went to two other stores to purchase my items. Neither had them in stock! Home Depot had the product I was looking for, and they were easy to find. Very happy with this shopping experience.

The BEST cashier Mark Eastman MXE2721 he deserve to be the head cashier or some type of management.

I run a small business we use the Bloomfield Home Depot. I am always satisfied when I leave the store. The employees are courteous and if they don't know the answer they will get someone who does.

The Bloomfield Home Depot is the best. I have done several projects (kitchen back splash, tiled both bathroom walls and floors, painted halls and doors) with the associates guidance and assistance. In particular, Gordon and Janet Mighty in tiles were superb. I also received help from two gentlemen in plumbing and two associates (one male and one female) in paint. I plan on doing my kitchen cabinets soon and know that they will be able to guide me through the process.

The man that helped me with my flooring order (Gordon) was awesome! I got 2 types of flooring ordered which included carpet and laminate flooring and he helped me get everthing ordered and even caught a error that was made by the on line ordering person on the carpet color. Thanks and I hope I get someone that helpful when I go to order countertops and back splash.

I come to this store at least once a week. On this visit I encountered a very rude and unprofessional cashier. When I came to her register in the Garden Department with the plants I selected, she completely ignored me and continued her private conversation with the cashier that was leaving. She spoke loudly with the other cashier about personal matters. It was not until another customer got in line that she slowly returned to work. She never acknowledged me. She scanned my items, repeated the total and handed me my receipt without saying a word. I am seriously considering shifting to Lowes which is less than a half mile away.

A wonderfully helpful and a perfect gentleman in Leroy! He went above and beyond in assisting me with a floor lamp and even put it in my cart for me! Such wonderful service!!!

I went to in to purchase a replacement screen for a sliding porch door last week. . Mr Kevin Williams suggested I return this morning with the torn screen for him to assess. I brought the sliding door in today and he selected the proper fiber glass roll replacement .He then proceeded to install it! While I waited he replaced to fiber glass screen expertly. He refused a cash tip to express my gratitude and suggested I fill out the survey form on the receipt for the screen material.

I loaded two big bags of lawn seed and two bags of fertilizer on a hand truck and proceeded to the garden checkout. Not only one, but both computers turned out to be unworkable for me. One was not working at all. The second would not take a charge card because the signature pencil was missing. I hauled my truck to the service desk and asked Kevin if he could help me. When he rang up the items, the receipt did not include the sale price posted in the Home Depot paper and on site where I picked up my merchandise. I told Kevin. He said , "Check the prices and come back." I did,. He cancelled the first receipt and re-entered the revised figures for a second receipt. I told him he was terrific on a day that began looking problematic at Home Depot. He was bright, courteous, good-natured and bent on being helpful.

The store was clean, some of the isle was being cleaned which I think should have been closed.. I was waiting for no more than 5mins before I decided to purchased what I have and returned back to the store and that's exactly what I did

I had to return two lawn tools that stopped working. I had purchased them from the Home Depot website. Four Associates gave me so much attention! They solved the problem and sent me out of the store completely satisfied.

The gentleman Associate who assisted me in finding just the right chain saw was enormously helpful, and literally went way out of his way to check on the availability and condition of a returned saw. I was most grateful.
